My drink was running a little behind because they were incredibly busy and short a bar, but the staff handled everything with so much kindness and professionalism. My little sister is a Starbucks Barista at another location so waiting never bothers me, I know how busy it can be. They unexpectedly gave me a gift card for the wait, which was completely unnecessary but so appreciated.

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the young male manager and young girl drive thru attendant (I believe her name starts with a J) but I do know that the other worker is a young man named Kam. I just feel it is necessary to recognize and commend their friendly attitude and service that I receive every morning. I hope that your company will treat them well to maintain their loyalty and hard work and that they may be rewarded in the very new future as they truly deserve it.
