I like the coffee, I don’t like being charged different price when I come in. The guys that work the weekends are charging customers different prices!!! No more!
I went through the drive-thru and ask for everything toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon when I got home I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with one slice of bacon and the girl had asked me three times you think that they could get an order straight very disappointed
I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons today! From the moment we walked in, the service was welcoming and friendly. A huge thank you to Collin, who made all of our food and drinks. Everything was prepared perfectly, and you could tell he really cared about doing a great job. Our drinks were made exactly how we ordered them, and the food came out fresh, hot, and tasted delicious.

The staff is great, and one customer has been a loyal fan since Tim Hortons opened in the Buffalo/Hamburg area. They believe Tim Hortons coffee is superior to competitors, and they appreciate the reasonable prices compared to more expensive coffee shops. However, they have noticed inconsistencies in coffee taste between different locations and miss Tim Hortons when traveling.
