“the Derby McDonald's is probably the worst one I've ever encountered for months they couldn't make a fish fillet for weeks the shake machine was down and then their toaster went down and they couldn't make any egg McMuffins and even when they do they are hard and nasty terrible like they make hundreds of them at 6:00 a.m. and then they sit there for hours and hours and even when everything is running okay they'll still mess up your order I'll look in my bag every time to make sure my order is correct then I drive away I open up my sandwich and there's no cheese on my egg McMuffin I go out of my way not to go to that McDonald's they are constantly messing up the orders and the food is just bad“

“I have to say this is my favorite Tim Hortons. I live in chiutaqua county and have gone to so many. Nobody knows how to make my ice cap but the girl there. I wish I knew her name offhand but she is phenomenal and definitely worth promoting. Definitely knows how to do her job before I even get in there. She knows my order and knows exactly what I want. I could specify to people with other Tim. Hortons, what would I want and show them? And they still don't make it right like they're drinking it, but this girl here takes the time. “The crew there are always working hard , they are very sociable and polite. Everytime I go there the order is correct, the drinks are always made amazingly, there's even a couple guys there that know my order so well they already have it brewing...lol...The one problem I have is a manager that works there, he on a few occasions now has berated his crew , yelling at them or getting aggravated with them in front of customers, that's not professional nor is it a proper way to treat your employees...“
