First time trying this chain, I used the drive-through. I ordered the turkey club meal, but it felt like they didn't hear me very well or were otherwise distracted (there was only 1 car in front of me, though so??) The chips that came with the meal were good, warm, crisp, and lightly salted. The coffee was also excellent, very smooth compared to the strong bitter taste of Star Bucks.
