“Wow! Talk about friendly staff! I found them because my GPS took me there instead of the business around the corner for my yelp elite bagel pickup. The guys working the deli counter asked their dad about where the bagel pick up was and he actually walked me there! We talked about me living in Chautauqua and places to eat there and here.I went in to buy some things from them and tip them well. The place was so clean and smelled amazing! All of the staff were beyond welcoming!I bought a banana pepper habanero hot sauce, 2 slices of take and heat lasagna, chips, deli meat, and a take and heat frozen pasta with vodka sauce and sausage. Wow! We loved everything!2 huge slices of lasagna were only $24!I highly recommend them!”
“I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to order breakfast,Everything I’ve gotten from there has been delicious, fresh , made to orderThe woman that works the register has the most amazing accent and attitude I’ve ever been around . She kind and welcoming and I love her voice so much I want to mimic her ;) instant smiles Will absolutely return ..”
“Overall, food is pretty good. I always get the chicken pot pie...it could use more gravy and chicken cut into smaller pieces. French onion soup is great! They took off the pork chop which hubby really liked, so now he gets ribs or something else. We usually go a couple times a year.”
“Main and Hamlin absolutely crushed it last night. The service was fast, staff was all polite and food was great. 4 rounds of wings, 2 baskets of fries and an order of chicken fingers - all spot on. The waffle fries were probably the best I’ve ever had, the wings are crispy, not greasy and not overly sauced either. M&H is definitely the new wing spot.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available”
“Great place I visited in July of 23 called around 11am with no prior notice for a larger order for a gathering at emery park everything was well prepared and tasted great now that this year is booked I'll be back in August 24th for another event I wish I lived ”
“These might be my favorite tacos as of late. With the sunshine and the warm weather for those couple of days, I had to take advantage for some patio dining. And what goes better than sunshine and tacos? Not much. (Well, maybe a nice drink with it too?) I ordered and had my food so quick. The service here is so great and they seem like really great people running the show. I got the carne asada and the chicken tacos with all the fixings, chips and queso, and since it was noon, I went with a nice pineapple soda to wash it all down. The tacos were phenomenal. They had a great taste with so many different flavors all working together. Honestly, they really might be my new favorite spot for tacos. I had to stop myself from ordering more so I wasn't too full to drive home. The chips had a nice crunch and weren't overly salted or bland. They had good flavor and then the queso brought it home. SO GOOD. Overall, this is a great little place to check out if you love tacos. There's a small parking lot and street parking so you'll be able to find spot. Do yourself a favor and head here a day for lunch. You definitely won't regret it!”
“I really like this place. The concept is really cool. They have taps if you want, or you can purchase from the "store" in the back. You are able to consume what your purchase as well.”
“When in Buffalo, this is a must try for meat eaters. My husband enjoyed the beef weck.Dietary restrictions: Limited vegetarian options but good side pasta salad.”
“I just finished eating a fantastic breakfast. They make sure you are fed and the prices are very reasonable. It has what's missing in a lot of breakfast places now and days, which is a sense of community.I'll be a New regular from now on.”
“I live roughly 4.5 hours away but frequent east aurora because of work. Went there for pleasure this weekend and wanted to try the different beer. The 2 gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Took time to go through all the different beer and offered samples. Left with almost one of everything and it's all delicious. Will go back for sure.”
“I was recently in Buffalo for work and a coworker supplied lunch for the group from The Deli. Having a gluten sensitivity, deli's aren't always reliable but this was the opposite. I ordered the Ricky Ricardo on a gluten free role. Everything about it was great. Not all gluten free bread is created the same but this one was very good. Highly recommend”
“Wow. My coworker knew about my love of French onion soup and insisted I make the trek from the north towns to this place. I can say, there wasn’t much reason for our family to travel to East Aurora after one of fav kids museums moved, but now I have a reason to make the haul! We stopped by here after taking our kid’s to a gym in the area and I’m glad we did. I’d say that this might be my favorite French onion soup on the basis of the rich flavors alone. My wife and I went back and forth comparing it to our number one. I felt this is a little less cheesy than my typical favorite (or maybe it was slightly more cooked than I’m used to) but the flavor of the broth and ingredients are the best. We weren’t ready for dinner so we just ordered the soups and got fries for the kids. My daughter was raving about the fries and the service. She kept saying “we have to come back.” I agree!”
“Solid lunch fish fry. Lil too much seasoning on lemon pepper baked fish but good. Excellent sides German potato salad on point. Need fresh cut fries frozen ones were good.”
“I keep asking myself why I don't come here more often. Over the years, I have never had a bad meal at this place. Plus, if you're just stopping for a drink, the bar has always been pretty fun - always a nice group of locals, down to earth folk here. The menu was a really good mix of options with plenty of choices for everyone, no matter what you're in the mood for. Located just a short hop outside of East Aurora, I always find it's worth my drive from Williamsville to do a little shopping in town and grab a lunch or dinner at Kodiak Jack's. My latest choice was the prime rib and stuffed hot pepper sandwich. It was some of the most tender prime rib I have ever had on a sandwich. Chicken wings were half price, so we started with wings as an appetizer to split between us. The wings had a nice light crisp on the outside, and were tender and juicy on the inside. Perfection. Portions are hardy, there's no skimping here. If you're looking for a new restaurant option and want to turn it into an afternoon, drive on out to East Aurora and see some of the most beautiful shops and have a lovely meal.”
“Lively, friendly, cozy, fun and busy pub/tavern. Chicken wings were superlative and the Beef on Weck (shaved shaved roast beef on a bun with jus) was incredible. Good Bloody Mary. Friendly staff. So glad I went!”
