Wow! Talk about friendly staff! I found them because my GPS took me there instead of the business around the corner for my yelp elite bagel pickup.The guys working the deli counter asked their dad about where the bagel pick up was and he actually walked me there! I was recently in Buffalo for work and a coworker supplied lunch for the group from The Deli. Having a gluten sensitivity, deli’s aren’t always reliable but this was the opposite. I ordered the Ricky Ricardo on a gluten free role. Everything about it was great. Not all gluten free bread is created the same but this one was very good.
Today was my first time trying The Deli and it lived up to every bit of hype. I ordered the young Turk and the meatball sub. I waited in the deli while my food was being prepared and spoke with the owner and met the baker as well. Both ladies were absolutely wonderful - so sweet, so friendly, so polite… they had freshly baked cannoli scones, so I grabbed 3 for my kids and I can’t wait to try a bite later.
