Made an out of state online purchase and the cheapest option was 2-day air mail ($28), which guaranteed my order would arrive in 2 days with ice packs. Five days later, my order arrives and it is completely melted. I took receipt of the package at the door so it wouldn't sit outside and melt. After repeated tries, I haven't been able to contact anyone to find out how they compensate someone for the failed 2-day shipping fee. The company doesn't stand by their policies.
