If your from out of town and heard about Bar Bills being one of the top wings restaurants in Buffalo then this is your place to go and try....
I wish that I could have eaten the wings sooner, I traveled about 15 minutes back to my hotel before I ate them. they were flavorul, but not as crisp as I normally like my wings. The blue cheese, whixh is housemade, is excellent.
