“My family was a long time customer of the South Buffalo location but were forced to switch to Orchard Park when it closed. Although the food is sometimes slightly inconsistent, customer service has always been excellent with fixing any issues. They are always one of our top choices for Buffalo pizza, especially when family visits from out of town!“

“Gerard and the staff at Cappelli’s Pizzeria helped us throw together a luncheon for my grieving family, after the loss of my sister. They made their clean dining area available, the food was delicious and their service was awesome! I will always recommend this restaurant! I can’t thank them enough!“

“Pizza is great, antipasto is very friendly sized and lots of stuff they put in it good chicken wings to boot. Never got to the entrees doubt they were bad. Found out today they’re closing absolutely breaks my heart must have ordered from them 5-10 times absolutely sucks since I’m now 5 mins around the corner from them. Good job on running a great business my heart breaks for you guys good luck on your next adventure!“

“Stopped in this evening after a day on the slopes with my son the service and atmosphere was amazing. Food was delicious and just what we wanted after being out in the cold. We would recommend this place for a family dinner or casual outing“

“I love little Caesars pizza. I am a disabled senior citizen and I order from them quite frequently. I ordered last night and I never received my order. The DoorDash gentleman never called me to say he was having problems finding my apartment. So I called Little Caesars and it seems there’s nothing they can do about it although they have my $20 Because it would screw up their computer system if they gave me my order that I already paid for. They said I have to take it up with DoorDash I don’t see why since I paid a little Caesars the money I cannot afford to be out $20 and that he had the food that I ordered. I have tried to contact DoorDash but that is like mission impossible so it looks like I am going to be out $20 I never received my order and Little Caesars will not replace my order so it looks like I will not be getting food from Little Caesars again if this is the way they treat disabled senior citizens.“
