“Ordered 3 times- first time, wings which were great. 2nd time, ordered 2 subs, got home and one was a completely different sub than what was ordered. Today ordered the works pizza. Told them peppers only on half. Asks me if I want sweet or hot peppers. I said, it says on the menu, you get both, but I only want them on half. I pick up and it has hot peppers on half, green peppers on the whole thing. When I said something I was told I said sweet on half. Uh, no I said peppers on half which means all peppers should only be on half and why is it my orders keep getting screwed up. Get home and the toppings were barely cooked. Peppers and onions were just about raw and the pepperoni was barely cooked.“

There are several pizzerias near us, but on a whim looking for something different (not super crazy about the ones we usually order from) we ordered a regular pizza from them and it didn't disappoint! Just perfect. Our daughter is getting sick of pizza, but loved it. The next time we ordered their white pizza which again delicious and lots of cheese! Last night we tried their subs. WOW! I have not had a chicken finger sub that good in forever. Perfect amt of everything and didnt skimp on toppings. Our daughter was in heaven. The owners are so friendly too. Now our go to place. Try them if you haven't yet!“

“I absolutely would recommend Johnny’s. Our party of 9 walked in and was instantly greeted with the warmest Buffalo welcome during half time. We were out celebrating my son’s 12th birthday, it also happened to be an employees birthday. They brought out a piece of cake(his favorite too!) right before serving us with 4 huge pizza pies and appetizers. We live over an hour away and cannot wait to come back. “I've been going here for years. It's a takeout pizza shop. That's why only 3 stars for atmosphere. But always friendly service and high quality food. It's our go to for pizza. We like the sauce and excellent choice of toppings of high quality. I just had a turkey sub for lunch and like the pizzas, it was very good. It was tasty with a nice flavored oil dressing and excellent roll.“

This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly. They've got something for everyone. Easily my favorite place to get food in Buffalo.“

While the food comes out fresh and hot (or cold, however you ordered) the price is a bit outrageous. $60 for 4 subs and a side of fries!? Not to mention that sometimes my sub comes with something I didn’t ask for, mainly lettuce. Wish the employee would repeat the order back to double check. The food is delicious, I recommend the fish fry! Mainly gets subs here, but occasionally get the fish or a salad - very rarely get pizza here, but it is delicious when I do!“
