“Ordered a pizza online. When we arrived to pick it up, the manager explained they were extremely short-handed. They left the pizza in a tad too long, and the bottom was darker than he would normally serve (NOT BURNED... some well done spots... still very edible!) He had already made a replacement pizza, So we waited for the replacement, and he gave us both for the price of one for the inconvenience. That is the way to treat customers! We will be going back to the Elma location.“

When the delivery service (door dash) they use wouldn’t authorize our Canadian credit card they had a staff member who was there to cook and be in the restaurant-deliver all of our pizzas. The order was made quickly and every single pizza (we ordered 7) was absolutely delicious!!! The pizza sizes were very generous and they were LOADED with toppings. “Very tasty, large portions. We had not been there for 4 years due to border closures because of covid. They finally got rid of their filthy carpet replaced with wood tile. Food is still very tasty. Parking lot was full but we managed to grab a spot when someone came out.“

“The gluten-free pizza was very good. The crust was the thinner type so I'm not sure they make it but it was actually very tasty. It wasn't a thick fluffy pan pizza Detroit style crust but it did taste very good. My partner got regular pizza and he loved it. I like their sauce it wasn't too sweet but it still had some sweetness. The wings or meaty. We got extra sauce and it definitely was very saucy what you really like. Definitely will be going back! The only sad thing I am one of those weirdos who likes ham pineapple and mild pepper rings on my pizza. They don't have pineapple and mild pepper rings.“

The girl that took the order was so professional, thorough and kind, it's hard to explain but it left me with the confidence that I knew we would get exactly what we requested. Last night we ordered a large pizza: cheese, pepperoni, and banana peppers. The cheese and pepperoni were a good amount (i.e. not great), the banana peppers were almost nonexistent. The quality has suffered and not up to the standards they had when they were located on Center Road. It appears that profit has outweighed quality: Less dough per pizza equals more money in the pocket. The price has increased to almost $60 for a large pizza and a double order of wings. It used to be $40. Less product for more money. I do understand that the cost of doing business has increased, but the quality should not suffer related to that. I would think that, with the current influx of travelers for the eclipse, they would want to put their best foot forward. And, for the current loyal customers, i.e. us, they would want to maintain them. We have been loyal to Pasquale's for well over 20 years. You need to rethink your attitude toward product.“

This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly.
