Went to Rt 20 ice cream tonight for the first time this season and had the worst service I have ever had in my life. I ordered 2 small flurries and proceeded to wait 20 mins for them to be made while 2 people behind me in line got their same item ahead of me. I was asked what I and I told the employee and they said nothing. This was a terrible experience at a place I have been going for years that generally has good if not great service.
