“Walking into this bakery and seeing that I could eat ANYTHING that I wanted -- that I didn't have to be scared that I'd get sick, that I didn't have to limit myself to just one or two items that might not even be what I wanted -- y'all, I almost started crying. Just the relief of it, and knowing that someone cared enough to turn their entire bakery gluten-free. That means so much more than you can imagine. And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. “I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“Beef on weck was served with a bit of gravy, some fresh horseradish and a generous amount of tender, juicy beef. The side of fries was skin on and looked house-cut.

Service was great.

“I wanted to go someplace different for my "Belated" Birthday Dinner and I was in the mood for Italian. I needed Pasta . So, I looked on YELP & decided on "Carrabba's". I am so glad I did !!! My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol“

“I am extremely impressed with Eagle House and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We held a special event there for only eight people, and they went above and beyond to make the evening feel incredibly special. They graciously provided us with our own private room and table, and even allowed my family to decorate the room to make it more personal.

They also went out of their way to prepare the food we requested, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Our waitress was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening.

The entire staff was accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They truly went above and beyond to make our special night one we will always remember. I highly recommend Eagle House for any special occasion!“

“Today I was nearby and tried their food for the first time. The personal pizza was so delicious. Mine included red sauce, mozzarella, spinach, pepperoni, and sweet peppers. Inside the building was nice, even though I did take out instead of dining. The mens restroom was clean, and thank God they had paper towels rather than the air drying machine (for touching the door handle afterwards). There was a friendly young lady at the front register also. My only recommendation is adding basil to the pizza topping menu. I'll definitely return here regardless.“

“Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.“

“Good People-You need to check out Amy's Place. Had a little snafu with my last lentilberry sandwich. I withdraw that review. Amy's was going through some changes at that time. Amy's Place is fully redeemed. The full Lentilberry Sandwich is back and better than ever!! Lentilberries cooked perfectly. It needs no meat. Perfect meal by itself. Chocolate Crossiant was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfectly crisp outer shell. Many vegan options on the menu. Hours on a Saturday are 8am-8:30pm. Unsure of other days. Can call ahead. Number listed is 716-832-6666. The restaurant has a bohemian vibe that takes you back to better days. Staff have excellent people and listening skills. “I have never stayed here, but we were supposed to stay last night through Booking.com on a non refundable stay. We were POSITIVE we were going, but due to an unforeseen health issue with our very young daughter we had to abandon the trip last Wednesday. The front desk worker was amazing on the phone and took a lot of stress off us about losing the money. My fault for booking non refundable, but they (he) was very compassionate,when they easily could have just said no and followed the non refundable policy. This is what sets good companies above the rest, understanding and compassion for customers. We live only a couple hours away near Toronto and go to Buffalo every now and then and next time we do we will definitely be booking this hotel even if it's not the lowest rate because of this. I will also be recommending them to all border crossing friends.“

It was our first time there in a few years but this mix up was unacceptable without any offer of compensation. Our server just kept apologizing. She was also taking care of way too many tables and was not as attentive as she should have been. My water was not refilled until after I called her over, she never came to check how our meal was. With the cost of food these days I would expect much better service.“
