“I am giving this location at McKinley mall 5 stars! Only because the employee was very kind and helpful. I had recently purchased Auntie Anne's pretzels and drinks with my significant other where we were surprised to learn that the facility was facing issues such as lack of ice and lack of food in general. The employees are not to be blamed for this but rather it is the management who is at fault for not upkeeping with the establishment. Faulty kitchen equipment and other restaurant issues hinder the employees from doing their jobs well. I hope that positive changes can be made to save this spot. I really enjoy going to this mall ever since I was a child. Please don't shut down this OG pretzel shop.“

“Love it here! It is very much like the original in Munich. Most nights there is a live German band playing. Free show with your dinner. And the food is amazing. And don't get me started about the beer. I suggest everyone get the Dunkel. Best dark beer and its made just like the one in Munich following the Munich beer purity laws.“
