“I am giving this location at McKinley mall 5 stars! Only because the employee was very kind and helpful. I had recently purchased Auntie Anne's pretzels and drinks with my significant other where we were surprised to learn that the facility was facing issues such as lack of ice and lack of food in general. The employees are not to be blamed for this but rather it is the management who is at fault for not upkeeping with the establishment. Faulty kitchen equipment and other restaurant issues hinder the employees from doing their jobs well. I hope that positive changes can be made to save this spot. I really enjoy going to this mall ever since I was a child. Please don't shut down this OG pretzel shop.“

“Had a large party and they had an event for the world cup but we were taken care of. Everyone in the party had a great time and enjoyed the beer and food. Our waitress was outstanding. Would definetly recommend the Hoffbrauhaus for your event or just to have some beer an enjoy a game.“
