“Great spot to grab some fast onigiri! I got the spicy tuna, miso sweet potto, and teriyaki chicken for $16. Great packaging and had lots of filling! The spicy tuna was a star and I will go back for it, plus very filling. Plus some of them were GF too!“

“The atmosphere was really cool. Small ramen/dumpling eatery, across from the Thruway Plaza. Good portions, just wish things were a little more seasoned. Got the Shoyu Ramen and a side of the pan-fried dumplings. Dumplings were amazing the ramen wasnt anything to write home about though. . .“

“I had a takeout order of the birria ramen and chicken fingers with waffle fries for my husband. I know in for the future to ask for mild spice level on the broth. Not their fault at all, and I never had it before so I just got the regular level. THEY DO NOT SKIMP ON ANYTHING. The chicken fingers were huge and the bowl of ramen was packed. I’m definitely going to be back.“

“I had the vegetable ramen . Broth was creamy in color but it had good flavor . Overall food was good . It’s a little weak on veggie options . No veggie dumplings, no miso soup and no veggie fried rice almost all Japanese places have most of those on the menu . Still a good place for ramen imho“

“Oh. My. GOODNESS! Hokkaido was absolutely fantastic today. I walked with a 6 top and a baby and they accommodated us within 10 minutes, thankfully it wasn’t busy at that time. We ordered appetizers and entrees that the table shared and not one single negative remark was spoken, everything was absolutely fantastic. I got the octopus tonkatsu, which was warm, pillowy, smoky and creamy with a little chew from the octo-bits. So, so good. I also got the tom yum seafood ramen, which had a lovely balanced level of spice without being overwhelming and unpleasant, almost like a spicy seafood boil with noodles! The person next to me even said “I could see myself spending $300 here easily, i wanna eat everything on the menu!” I will gladly be returning or ordering from here in the future, and for authentic ramen in the WNY Orchard Park/Hamburg area, I highly recommend!“

“Absolutely phenomenal Ramen noodle bowls. I ordered the Tonkotsu bowl. The broth is so flavorful, creamy & perfect, the noodles were light and had a fantastic chew to them, the egg was nicely soft. I really love this Ramen! Thank you Taichi Bubble Tea...Yum!“
