“First-timer at this cute ramen shop. I got the classic shoyu ramen. The broth is interesting. It is indicated that the broth is a combination of chicken, pork and seafood flavor. It has that bonito taste and is a bit smokey on top of the soy sauce flavour, which is very unique to other ramen places in Toronto. I wish it was lighter on the pork/chicken fat on top of the broth since it got a bit heavy towards the end. The egg and chasu are cooked to perfection. Very tender and fatty chasu! I like how simple yet dynamic the bowl is! I also need to try the softserve ice cream next time. Recommend this place!“

“The food was great. We tried the spicy garlic vegetarian. I would suggest to go with the thick noodles…..the texture was amazing. On the other hand, the kimchi was too fermented to be eaten raw. You can also get an add-on of seasoned eggs if you need more protein.“

“Food was authentic. One of the best ramen spots in Toronto. Only downside was the restaurant is very crowed and narrow.
BE CAREFUL to make sure you are at right location, as they have another PORK ONLY restaurant beside with the same name.“

“Had the pork spicy garlic ramen. Deliciously garlicky and ? broth. Noodles slightly chewy prefer mine softer. Overall great tasting. Summer special $1 icecream. That too tasted great with intense matcha flavor.
Been to other places where the host greets enthusiastically but not here. Arigato!
Vegetarian options: Veggie ramen noodles or edamame beans as a side.“

“Kinton is the place to go, in my opinion, for Ramen. High volume and quality, and their pork broth, specifically, is top-shelf.
Be careful ordering spicy dishes. They don't mess around. I prefer to order a regular bowl, and get a jalapeno paste topping.
Chicken is lighter than pork broth. And if you want to thicken any broth, order it with Miso. To lighten it a bit, try the Shoyu version of the same bowl.“

“Great place with good service. We got the Hakata Tonkatsu Ramen and Rich Gyokai Tonkotsu Tsuke-men. We also added a Mini Spicy Pork Bowl and some Takoyakis. Overall the food was decent although the Tonkotsu Ramen packed a punch in my opinion.“

“Great place to grab a meal that’s definitely well worth the asking price. Food is always delicious and their options are great for everyone. If you’re not a fan of ramen, there’s also other options that are great as well. Would recommend to everyone, staff are very helpful and the interior is nice and clean.“

“We went to Ajisen Ramen when strolling around in China town and it was one of the best decisions ever. The service and the food is phenomenal. We loved the garlic broccoli, the honey wings but also the different ramen soups. The quality is amazing and we can definitely recommend it. The server is super nice and when we told them where we are from they even played music from that country. So overall a great experience. The place might not seem like a lot but you should definitely try it.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options like vegetarian Ramen or different salads. Some things are even vegan or suited for pescatarians. But you should check the menu beforehand.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps leading into the restaurant and the doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair.“

“We came to Kenzo Ramen at around mid afternoon on a weekday with no expectations. We were surprised about the fantastic options in the menu. I personally tried the Tonkotsu King and I loved it. However I think the balance of the noodles and everything else is uneven, there was way too many noodles. Regardless I still enjoyed the meal, and will probably try something else to see if the portioning of the other ramens are better. I'm only rating this as 4/5 because the it wasn't a busy time but the server forgot our other order, and we were in a time crunch.
Parking: Theres paid street parking in the area“

“I tried takeout ramen today,The packaging was awesome—they kept the noodles and soup separate, and it tasted just as good as in the restaurant. My son’s favorite, the tomato flavor! Didn't get a chance to take a picture—the ramen was already gone!“

“Food is okay but service is excellent!
We ordered Ramen, gyoza, and Black Sesame cake.
I really like their Gyoza! ?
It’s flavourful and a little crunchy on the outside.
The broth of Ramen bowl is just okay. Nothing special. Was skeptical to try the Black sesame cake , thought it will have a weird taste but turns out it’s actually smooth, creamy and not too sweet!!
Lots of parking but can get busy during dinner time!!!“

“The food was amazing. Everything was fresh. The meat melted in my mouth like butter. The restaurant is a bit small and it can get busy so you might not get a table. The portions are small as well. So you might have to order seconds which is completely worth it since the taste is going to be amazing anyways.“

“After a long walk, I was looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Sansotei provided exactly that—a modern ambiance where I could relax and enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen.
From the outside, the restaurant uses black to distinguish itself. The familiar signage of the ramen franchise I knew well assured me that I would have a good time. After navigating around the wooden fence, I entered the restaurant.
Inside, it looked clean and modern. The decor was primarily black, but the wooden wall on one side, a black Japanese fabric curtain (noren) on the other, and thick ropes hanging from the ceiling like a chandelier made the interior quite interesting.
As soon as I was seated, I got the menu. It had clear pictures of the available ramen, along with their names, descriptions, and prices, all easily readable on a single page. However, the paper menu was worn down on the edges, which slightly detracted from the experience. Here’s what I tried:
Tonkotsu: I ordered the classic bowl with thin noodles and a side of extra noodles, and I was very happy with my choice. The ramen came piping hot in a bowl. Even the basic bowl included a full soft-boiled egg split into two, along with other delicious toppings like green onions and thin slices of pork belly chashu. The hot, beige, fatty soup made of pork marrow had fat floating on the top, and there was enough of it to accommodate the extra noodles. The noodles were perfectly cooked to be soft yet still chewy. The broth was very well seasoned and matched perfectly with the noodles. I kept slurping until there was no more left in the bowl. I loved it to the last drop.
As for the service, the gentleman who took my order was attentive at the beginning but allowed me to eat in peace afterward. The utensils and table were clean, as was the washroom.
Overall, I had a great time at Sansotei Ramen. The restaurant offers good value, and I would not mind coming back when I am in the area and in need of a hot bowl of ramen.“

“Came across this place after a long and chilly pride parade and decided to give it a try. We showed up at around 7 so we got the 6pm and later dinner combos. Had the chicken curry rice + Sapporo beer combo for $22 and the chicken curry udon + Sake highball (strawberry flavour) combo for $26. Chicken was a generous portion, crispy, thick and juicy but could be a bit more flavourful. Both rice and udon dishes were warm and filling and hit the spot although I wish the noodles were chewier. Also got the pork gyoza as they had an offer if you leave a review and the outside was crispy and juicy on the inside. Service could’ve been better, we had to grab the menus and they were not very attentive although it was also busy so understandable. Will probably
come again if in the area! Total bill was $54 after tax and before tip.“

“Kaminari is undeniably one of my fav new spots in Parkdale. The ramen is always delicious and I have always recommended many friends to try it out since it's Opening.
Had an amazing Duck umami soy ramen yesterday in their heated patio for lunch.
Recommend checking it out any time of the year, they rotate their menus during the seasons and sometimes have pop up events like Oden night.
Also there is bartender that is pretty cool, socialable and adorable the last few times we've eaten there in the evenings!
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian ramen. In the summer the had yuzu chilled soupless ramen also that was superb ?
Kid-friendliness: I've taken my 7 yr old nephew here that loved it. For toddlers the outdoor patio will provide sufficient space to place a stroller“

“Food/sauce is very flavorful, atmosphere is great and you can watch him making the noodles. What’s not to like?? Oh yeah and the cat robot that delivered our appetizers was awesome! We’re here at noon on a Monday and I can’t believe this place isn’t packed; with this delicious food it should be. We’re on vacation but I wish they had one in Charleston! Two thumbs way up!!“

And the staff went above and beyond to provide us with delicious veggie ramen and tempura salmon! Our drinks were amazing too and the bear cups are super innovative! It is a bit pricy but def worth it for a lovely night out✨?“

“First time visiting and we were undecided on what to order. A regular customer sitting at the table next to us said the Beef Brisket Soup is one of the most popular choices.
We went with the Beef Brisket and the Traditional Beef. We both chose thin noodles, but they have at least seven or eight options on how you can order your noodles.
The soups came out very quickly. The beef brisket, although not spicy (there's a pepper icon on the menu suggesting it might be) was flavourful and rich. The brisket was a little chewier than expected, but still good. The traditional beef had a lighter, but still flavourful broth. The noodles had that perfect chewy texture expected with pulled noodles.
The restaurant is not air conditioned, and the service is bad, but despite these things, Yee's is definitely still worth a visit.“
