Great bowl of ramen. Thick or thin noodle, tonkatsu, or tonkatsu black, with garlic oil. Delicious. Gyoza to start.

Sansotei Ramen offers a rich and complex pork broth, perfect soft-boiled eggs, and delicious green-onion gyoza. The service is beyond friendly and fast, with staff knowledgeable about the menu. The tonkotsu black is phenomenal with noodles that have the perfect chew, incredibly tender and flavorful chashu, and a perfect egg. The cozy and warm spot has very friendly and welcoming staff who are sweet and always smiling. The restaurant was clean and the service was great, fast and easy. Customers can get take out, which gives the option of having thick or thin noodles. The miso ramen is hot and tasty. Overall, Sansotei Ramen is regarded as one of the top ramen spots in the area, with a reputation that keeps customers coming back, and it will open up a location in Calgary soon.
