The service was excellent, especially the hostess seating me. However, there was nothing special at all about my $32 eggs Benedict, and the coffee was awful. The restaurant itself is very pleasant, so I would only suggest this restaurant if you're staying at the hotel, and you don't feel like looking around the area.
Located inside the DoubleTree in downtown Toronto, Hemisphere provides a full menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as, a full bar. Service is outstanding and the food was very good. It's a little pricey as you would expect in a hotel restaurant, but the quality and flavor is worth it.

The bartenders are great and service is on point. I was genuinely surprised by the food quality. I expected "hotel restaurant" and instead got really delicious, fresh fare!) The Thai Salad and samosas were particularly tasty.) Only knock against the place is the hours. Based on online availability I had planned to meet colleagues (other guests of the hotel) there at 10:30 and the place was closed. While the correct hours are posted in the hotel, the posted online hours are different.
