Fantastic ramen. I have a gluten allergy and they were accommodating. Note that due to the tonkatsu dashi containing soy sauce, only the vegetable ramen is gluten allergy friendly. It was delicious! My partner had the tonkatsu ramen which he thoroughly enjoyed. The gluten free noodles are much closer to traditional ramen noodles than most restaurants!
BEST RAMEN IN TOWN. We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Garlic Oil and the Spicy (more like a Tantanmen), as this product line that was pork broth-based. The soup was rich and tasty, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with just enough bite.We ordered sides of Tako Karaage (baby octopus) which was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside and Spicy Mayo Karaage (chicken) which I couldn't get enough off; the sauce was tangy and sweet. When I say I want ramen, this place is what I mean. Hands down the most flavorful bowl of ramen I’ve ever had. And not just the pork I mean the broth too which many places fail to do so!! Gyozas were also amazing and waiter and chefs were so friendly and welcoming.
