“Really really good ramen! Definitely on my list of great ramen spots in the city. You can choose the broth for any of the ramen types. I had the kaarage chicken ramen with the tom yum base. The broth was rich and delicious. Will be back for another in the near future!“

“The food was great. We tried the spicy garlic vegetarian. I would suggest to go with the thick noodles…..the texture was amazing. On the other hand, the kimchi was too fermented to be eaten raw. You can also get an add-on of seasoned eggs if you need more protein.“

“Vaughan location is excellent! We tried a number of different types of ramen and sides, all of which were delicious, decently priced, and very filling. Staff was attentive and friendly as well. :) 10/10 We will definitely return soon.“

“Food was authentic. One of the best ramen spots in Toronto. Only downside was the restaurant is very crowed and narrow.
BE CAREFUL to make sure you are at right location, as they have another PORK ONLY restaurant beside with the same name.“

“Had the pork spicy garlic ramen. Deliciously garlicky and ? broth. Noodles slightly chewy prefer mine softer. Overall great tasting. Summer special $1 icecream. That too tasted great with intense matcha flavor.
Been to other places where the host greets enthusiastically but not here. Arigato!
Vegetarian options: Veggie ramen noodles or edamame beans as a side.“

“Kinton is the place to go, in my opinion, for Ramen. High volume and quality, and their pork broth, specifically, is top-shelf.
Be careful ordering spicy dishes. They don't mess around. I prefer to order a regular bowl, and get a jalapeno paste topping.
Chicken is lighter than pork broth. And if you want to thicken any broth, order it with Miso. To lighten it a bit, try the Shoyu version of the same bowl.“

“Great place with good service. We got the Hakata Tonkatsu Ramen and Rich Gyokai Tonkotsu Tsuke-men. We also added a Mini Spicy Pork Bowl and some Takoyakis. Overall the food was decent although the Tonkotsu Ramen packed a punch in my opinion.“

“First-timer at this cute ramen shop. I got the classic shoyu ramen. The broth is interesting. It is indicated that the broth is a combination of chicken, pork and seafood flavor. It has that bonito taste and is a bit smokey on top of the soy sauce flavour, which is very unique to other ramen places in Toronto. I wish it was lighter on the pork/chicken fat on top of the broth since it got a bit heavy towards the end. The egg and chasu are cooked to perfection. Very tender and fatty chasu! I like how simple yet dynamic the bowl is! I also need to try the softserve ice cream next time. Recommend this place!“

“I recently visited to Kenzo, and I was impressed with the quality of food and the authentic experience.
The "natsu" with chicken was the star of the meal—rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles. The toppings were fresh, and the overall balance of flavors was just right. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was beautiful.
I also tried the **onigiri** with salmon which was a pleasant surprise. The rice was well-seasoned and had just the right texture, while the fillings were delicious and complemented the simplicity of the dish.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with friendly staff that made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience. ?“

“Great place to grab a meal that’s definitely well worth the asking price. Food is always delicious and their options are great for everyone. If you’re not a fan of ramen, there’s also other options that are great as well. Would recommend to everyone, staff are very helpful and the interior is nice and clean.“

“We went to Ajisen Ramen when strolling around in China town and it was one of the best decisions ever. The service and the food is phenomenal. We loved the garlic broccoli, the honey wings but also the different ramen soups. The quality is amazing and we can definitely recommend it. The server is super nice and when we told them where we are from they even played music from that country. So overall a great experience. The place might not seem like a lot but you should definitely try it.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options like vegetarian Ramen or different salads. Some things are even vegan or suited for pescatarians. But you should check the menu beforehand.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps leading into the restaurant and the doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair.“

“We came to Kenzo Ramen at around mid afternoon on a weekday with no expectations. We were surprised about the fantastic options in the menu. I personally tried the Tonkotsu King and I loved it. However I think the balance of the noodles and everything else is uneven, there was way too many noodles. Regardless I still enjoyed the meal, and will probably try something else to see if the portioning of the other ramens are better. I'm only rating this as 4/5 because the it wasn't a busy time but the server forgot our other order, and we were in a time crunch.
Parking: Theres paid street parking in the area“

“I recently visited Sansotei, and had an excellent experience! The ramen was delicious, with rich and flavorful broth that warmed me right up.
But the highlight of the meal was definitely the Mazemen—an absolute must-try! It's a unique dish without soup, the flavors are intense and perfectly balanced.
The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the eggplant toppings add the perfect touch. Whether you're a ramen lover or looking to try something new, this place won't disappoint. Highly recommended!“

“No actual physical menu for elderly to place order is an inconvenience.
Have to review menu online scanning qr code, then placing order with waiters
...
If allowing qr code ordering would be even better.“

“Food is okay but service is excellent!
We ordered Ramen, gyoza, and Black Sesame cake.
I really like their Gyoza! ?
It’s flavourful and a little crunchy on the outside.
The broth of Ramen bowl is just okay. Nothing special. Was skeptical to try the Black sesame cake , thought it will have a weird taste but turns out it’s actually smooth, creamy and not too sweet!!
Lots of parking but can get busy during dinner time!!!“

“The food was amazing. Everything was fresh. The meat melted in my mouth like butter. The restaurant is a bit small and it can get busy so you might not get a table. The portions are small as well. So you might have to order seconds which is completely worth it since the taste is going to be amazing anyways.“

“Our to go to resto when we are craving soup or ramen. Wait time can get long if you arrive during dinner time but food is consistently ? Their shrimp fried rice was on the house when it took long or maybe forgotten about until I asked about it which was nice of them. We will continue to come here for our Ramen fix!“

“I have shared this shop on Xiaohongshu. Their barbecued pork and hot spring eggs are very good. My favorite is the black garlic oil ramen! When I turned to this photo from 2019 in my album, I wanted to go back and eat it again.
Every time I go there, I add lots and lots of eggs, I love it! After 2020, I will pack a lot of eggs every time I go back. How can I make them so delicious?“

“Delicious Food, Excellent Service, and Cozy Atmosphere
My partner and I had a fantastic dining experience at Ajisen Ramen. He ordered the black garlic steak, and I had the pork katsu ramen—both dishes were absolutely delicious. We were seated and served immediately, with attentive and friendly service throughout. Despite being a small dining spot, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making the experience even better. The food was flavorful, and we can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend for anyone craving great ramen and a welcoming, relaxed environment!“

“Midori is always one of my favourite place to go for savoury ramen. I had the Hitori combo that you can pick one of the signature ramen which comes with chicken gyoza and a pop. I picked the black garlic ramen for the combo. If you are not a garlic fanatic, I will suggest pick other choices. The soup is very rich and velvety. The cha siu is a bit thin though but the chicken is nice and tender. I always like their soup as there’s no msg. The chicken gyoza is crispy and juicy. I will try the Truffle ramen next time.“
