epic food epic taste epic quality. very fast. only thing is I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a date as the atmosphere has loud fan noise from their kitchen vents. I highly recommend it nonetheless for the food and service.
I ordered Tonkotsu ramen and croquettes. You can choose from thin or thick noodles, and the taste meets the bar of what you expect from a ramen place. It can be a bit crowded but the rotation is fast.

Sansotei Ramen provided a decent lunch experience during my visit with my boss. While I typically don't gravitate towards noodle dishes, I do enjoy sampling ramen on occasion.
