Best place for a filling lunch in Union! I come here whenever I want a hearty meal during my work break. The simple set with ramen and chashudon is generous and satisfying, and the yuzu cheesecake is a great dessert finish, bright and citrusy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The staff are also super friendly and kind. When I was confused about a recent price change, the owner was understanding and handled it graciously. Highly recommend!
This place seems to have gotten better in the past few years and has stayed consistent. Always surprised how well their tonkotsu black broth turns out compared to other ramen places.
Have definitely tried other well reviewed ramen shops downtown
but something here just clicks better than those others.
