love this location and the staff, Bijaya & Bo are the best!
Grabbed a late lunch here on Saturday around 2pm and the place was still buzzing, which says something about the food. Went with the Kinton Ramen classic and the tare was rich without being heavy, plus the chashu was perfectly soft, not chewy at all. Staff kept the pace moving even with a line out the door, checking in without hovering, which I appreciate after eating at way too many ramen spots on the road.
