Very good local small business. Unique menu offerings not seen at other Japanese restaurants before (like tofu noodles) and also delicious with large portion sizes.

My go-to ramen spot, other places can't compare. Broth is always so rich and creamy. I'm super picky about ramen eggs; most restaurants don't let them marinate enough and the inside is still white, but it's always perfectly marinated with a jammy yolk here.
