I had the vegetable ramen . Broth was creamy in color but it had good flavor . Overall food was good . It’s a little weak on veggie options . No veggie dumplings, no miso soup and no veggie fried rice almost all Japanese places have most of those on the menu . Still a good place for ramen imho
Finally a beautifully crafted sushi and ramen spot on Transit Road! When I say as soon as the news of Hokkaido hit my timeline, I was there the next day. I love the decor which is a refreshing cultural experience for Transit Road which on its own is standout. The servers are all friendly, and very quick to recommend their favorite dishes which I love! The atmosphere was very chill and pleasant
The sushi portions were perfect, the karaage chicken was hot and crisp
