McDonald's in Buffalo

“So happy with the service I received for my meal tonight! Everything was made correctly and I received my straws and condiments, which are often forgotten from other places I’ve been to. The employee who brought my food was friendly and the service was fast and efficient!“

“This is easily the best McDonalds in all of the Buffalo area. Drive thru is always packed at lunch time but they slam orders out so fast that you can be through the drive thru with your food in under 5 minutes during that time. Not only that, the food is always done right. Not a sloppy mess with way too much of one ingredient or whatever typical fast food problems you usually would deal with. The staff is polite, fast and handles food with care! If you are trying to have a meal at McDonalds and not be disappointed, I recommend this location!“

“The experience was horrible! I went to this McDonald's location at approximately 10:40 with a friend and her 8 month old daughter. We received our order 6-7 minutes later, dinning in and was told we had to leave because it was 11pm while in the process of eating. We had to bag our partially eating meals and leave while manager stood near our table and watched. We were never told while ordering to please take the order to go. I told that manager that this was terrible customer service! Horrible treatment 😡“

“There's is a young lady here by the name of precious who works the drive through window in the mornings. She gives exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were fully satisfied with our order. We ordered 2 small caramel frappes and 2 egg and cheese steak on a bagel sandwiches that came out perfectly. This young lady deserves to be promoted to manager if she hasn't yet. I will definitely be returning to this establishment because of her.“

“Great prompt service 2/16/2026 11pm, only issue is the fountain sodas tastes horrible which is due to not cleaning regularly the fountain nossels. The longer they aren't cleaned the more bitter the sodas tastes. I'll swing by again in a week to see if this was done by ordering a soda. If I get the same bitter taste I'll have to go up the line. But I'm sure y'all will take care of this issue. I'm a retired RGM & had ours done every 24 hours. What a difference it makes :)“

“I went there tonight for something quick and have never been the location, just was on way home. I ate quarter punder on way home because I was so hungry. Got home 15 minutes later started to feel stomach issues and thick throat. I threw up all over the driveway before even getting in the door. Was fine all day. After eating felt sick very soon after would stay away something was wrong with food“

“Customer service is a big deal to me as I work in that field so when I rate customer service it’s spot on.. I give this McDonald’s a five out of five because when I went in there there was a old man yelling at me about some nonsense and the guy behind the counter told him to stop . The food was perfect as well.“

“Excellent service at the drive-thru. The cashier was very kind to me. The lady took her time, always smiled, and was very patient with me. Whenever I go in the afternoon, she always asks if I'm using my McDonald's app. The food is always fresh. I recommend it 10/10.“

“Food is always fresh. They even season their beef patties. No other Mcdonalds in the area does that. Staff is always friendly. Food comes out reasonably. Line is always long in drive-thru. The proof is in the pudding! My favorite mcdonalds to go to! ❤“

“We all know MC. Food was what you’d expect—consistent and decent for a quick meal—but the service was noticeably slow last 2 times. It took much longer than usual to get a simple order, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Staff was polite, but the wait definitely took away from the “fast” in fast food. Hoping for quicker service on the next visit.“

“I have a heart condition and I always ask for no salt fries, I know I'm one of those, but normally I get attitude from staff about it. This location the staff were all very friendly, no attitude, and they didn't re fry the fries to remove the salt. I will definitely be going back. The drive thru cashier was one of the friendliest cashiers I've come across in a long time. (I would've given 5 stars but I ordered and paid for a 6 piece mcnuggets and only got a 4 piece)“

“I'm not sure why.Google is asking me this... it's mcdonald's for christ's sakes. You've never been there? It's familiar, that's it. There was a time for me when biting into a quarter pounder with cheese felt like magic, truly delish. I haven't felt the magic in at least twenty five years. Not just mcdonald's, all of them. To conclude, ten stars all day every day.“

“I was at this McDonald’s location at 10:30 am this morning 3/18. There was an employee named Mylia(?) (sorry if I butchered the spelling) working the cashier. She noticed that I was waiting for my order and went to grab it herself. I was in a hurry, so I really appreciated it. Great attitude—that’s what you want in an employee McDonald’s.“

“UPDATE: I started coming back here recently and ever since , I have had the Hispanic (I think) cashier in window one taking orders effortlessly and seamless . I wish I knew her name , but she is always friendly and smiling no matter time of day when taking your order. I appreciate service like this, it makes it ok for me to wait 5 mins in the driveway line for my food. I must say all of the staff I have encountered at this location ( only drive through) have made it easier to come back to this McDonald’s.

Good morning, if I could give no stars I would. Today was my last day attempting to order breakfast at this location. They open at 6 am , I came around 7 am and no response in the drive through line. Every car that came before me just ran through and ended up leaving. It’s a shame , new management and reorganization needs to happen. I’d rather go to the McDonald’s on Sheridan and Delaware out of my and leave my house 10 mins early then go back here.“
