McDonald's in Buffalo

“Every time I go through there everyone is soooo Kind!!! And the foods always hot, fresh and there's one lady that seriously is the nicest on the microphone than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Seemed like she might have been the manager. And also this one kid (and this is not racist) it's just because I don't know how name but he's a tall African American that is super nice on the mic, answered my questions about the ratio of how many people use the app that don't use it and he was so nice. Deserves a raise! I actually drive on my way to go to that McDonald's!! Unless I'm in Lancaster LOL. That's my other favorite one 🤣❤️❤️ thanks guys keep up the great work! Also that lady she deserves a raise too I swear out of all McDonald's I've been across this country she's the nicest one ever ever ever ever ever ever. !!“

“This is easily the best McDonalds in all of the Buffalo area. Drive thru is always packed at lunch time but they slam orders out so fast that you can be through the drive thru with your food in under 5 minutes during that time. Not only that, the food is always done right. Not a sloppy mess with way too much of one ingredient or whatever typical fast food problems you usually would deal with. The staff is polite, fast and handles food with care! If you are trying to have a meal at McDonalds and not be disappointed, I recommend this location!“

“This location is consistently one of the best in the area as far as order accuracy and customer service. The dining room is mostly a waiting area for takeout and can get pretty hectic, but orders come out quick so you won’t be there long.“

“Everytime I come, I always have a slight issue, whether it’s a sauce that wasn’t put in the bag and the cashier insists that they put it in the bag, or a rude cashier that doesn’t have the time of day for you. But the one thing that never changes is the manager. He is always willing to listen to your advice and feedback and is more than welcome to greet you with a smile. It really shows why he became manager and I hope it stays that way! He is amazing!“

“Great prompt service 2/16/2026 11pm, only issue is the fountain sodas tastes horrible which is due to not cleaning regularly the fountain nossels. The longer they aren't cleaned the more bitter the sodas tastes. I'll swing by again in a week to see if this was done by ordering a soda. If I get the same bitter taste I'll have to go up the line. But I'm sure y'all will take care of this issue. I'm a retired RGM & had ours done every 24 hours. What a difference it makes :)“

“I don't understand why you say your open 24hours a day when you don't open until 6am I came in at 6am this morning and it's so cold inside my food wasn't hot by the time I finish it that tells me that the owner don't care maybe I'll have to start going somewhere else“

“It’s okay but every time I order the Quarter Pounders or Dbl Quarter Pounders the bread is always like it sat in grease and it’s soggy 🤢I just don’t understand how you could manage to do that let alone serve it to someone. Other than that the staff is always friendly and everything else is fine.“

“When I stopped by here it was after work and only the drive-thru was open.
Of course they were inundated with vehicles waiting for food.
While I was waiting I was able to place a mobile order to pick up through the drive-thru.
I ordered a meal and instead of a Coke ordered a chocolate shake instead.
Went through the first window paid for my food moved up to the second window.
I was informed that the shake machine had just broke and I asked if I could be credited back for the shake. The employee went to get the manager and he went ahead and just gave me the cash back for the shake and then went ahead and gave me a Coke for free he was very kind and understanding and had no problem.“

“This was an AWESOME experience.. From the moment we walked through the door the manager was attentive, helpful and kind. He brought us our food and drinks to the lobby, 1 sandwich was wrong and they fixed it with no problem, not 1 attitude came from behind the counter.. He was short staffed and still remained calm and considerate, directed his crew with patience and kindness..“

“We all know MC. Food was what you’d expect—consistent and decent for a quick meal—but the service was noticeably slow last 2 times. It took much longer than usual to get a simple order, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Staff was polite, but the wait definitely took away from the “fast” in fast food. Hoping for quicker service on the next visit.“

“I was at this McDonald’s location at 10:30 am this morning 3/18. There was an employee named Mylia(?) (sorry if I butchered the spelling) working the cashier. She noticed that I was waiting for my order and went to grab it herself. I was in a hurry, so I really appreciated it. Great attitude—that’s what you want in an employee McDonald’s.“

“I'm not sure why.Google is asking me this... it's mcdonald's for christ's sakes. You've never been there? It's familiar, that's it. There was a time for me when biting into a quarter pounder with cheese felt like magic, truly delish. I haven't felt the magic in at least twenty five years. Not just mcdonald's, all of them. To conclude, ten stars all day every day.“

“I mean it's McDonald's, some locations are amazing, some places just suck!!! The one on Niagara Street, that's great! One on West Ferry, not so good. Location location location, it's everything. Where you're located is where the workers are going to come from. Open in a good spot, get good people working, open in a hood like spot, you're going to get some not too good workers. That's just life experience right there. Lol“

“Cleanest, calmest, quietest McDonald's in the entire Buffalo NY area. My order came out quick, it was hot, and the employees were extremely kind. I will be coming to this location only from here on out. (The other locations in the area should take some tips from this one.) 💙😎👌🏻“
