“I stopped by after driving in from Toronto late at night, and by the time I got there it was close to 11:00 p.m. I was exhausted, and unfortunately my burger order wasn’t made correctly. Adam was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help fix the issue without making it a hassle. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was right, and I genuinely appreciated it after such a long day.

It’s honestly a shame to see him stuck in the kitchen because his customer service skills are excellent—he’d be amazing in a front service role. Thanks again, Adam, for turning a disappointing experience into a great one. Outstanding service overall!“

“Better than Welland Ave. No problems with my afternoon visit off-peak time. Friendly staff, accurate order, fast drive thru. If you go during peak times the drive thru is slow and was missing a straw for our drink and spoon for the ice cream in a cup. Luckily the order was otherwise correct“

“Felt like I was stepping back into my high school days when I walked in here. The place was clean, the attendant was extremely polite and communicative, and the food was fresh. Got a sausage McMuffin and coffee maybe 60 seconds after the order went through. Special shout out to Joanne!“

“Clean and a good place to rest and eat. I didn't like or rather I wasn't used to washrooms being locked for customers and having to be remote unlocked by employees, but i get it due to the area and maybe some people who abuse and make a mess out of the washrooms.

I ordered from the app and got my food delivered. Good service and good food. I often come by here for work to drop off a group to do their shopping and eating around this area since there's plenty of stores. So I'm sure I'll stop in here again.“
