“Yesterday I decided to stop by mcdonald’s for a coffee, The young lady taking payment in the drive thru with pink hair (I didn’t get her name) was very sweet and she very patient as i paid with change, she made sure my order was correct and my coffee was perfect!! I don’t go to mcdonald’s often but I might have to start going here more.“

“I always come to this McDonald’s and they are normally rude but I had this one employee and she was amazing she made my whole order fast and correct and she showed true leadership and care for her job. She was a blond haired girl and I couldn’t get her name but she showed that teens can be great worker.“

“I went through the drive-thru today and had the best experience. The food is, as always, great and delicious. There was a lovely girl at the window giving all the food, whose name tag said Shivani. I would like to appreciate her for her humble attitude, and she has the best smile. I got the wrong drink, maybe there was a misunderstanding due to the rush, but when I asked her, she quickly changed it, and she was so polite and said sorry to me without any fault. I love the customer service here; all the crew members are very good. I hope she will be appreciated for her job. Keep up the great work! Thank You!“

Even through the speaker, his positive attitude came across clearly, and he made the interaction feel personal and easy.

When I got to the window, he continued to go above and beyond with his great customer service, making sure everything was right and handled quickly. It’s not often you come across someone who clearly cares about their work and the customer experience the way Matt does.

“Shout out to Kinder who works the drive through, she's so nice and is always pleasant, acknowledges my kid everytime and always gets my order right, she's definitely an asset, and deserves recognition. Out of all the McDonald's I will go out of my way to go here. Coffee is fantastic, always fresh taste way better than the competitions and costs less. The employees are polite and efficient.
