McDonald's in Brampton

“Did the drivethrough late at night, i usually have very low expectations when getting mcdonalds so late because the employees are usually miserable and dont have anything in stock.

I had a fantastic experience this time around! Ordering at the drivethough was super fast and the lady was very nice, the woman i paid for my meal was very cool and professional, and the other lady who gave me my food was happy and gave me a nice compliment.

When i opened my burger, i was so surprised by its presentation, the buns and patties were perfectly alighned, and the bag was well stocked with ketchup and napkins, not ONE fry spilled into the bag, and the meal was overall extremely satisfying.

10/10 Mcdonalds experience, esspecially on a busy Saturday night.“

He’s a young guy, and I honestly didn’t expect that level of professionalism and care — but he completely exceeded expectations. “I had a really good experience here. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was very clean and well organized, which made the place feel comfortable and relaxing. You can tell they care about their customers and keep the place well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.“

“Way too long on the waiting times. Its not even the employees fault, they are under staffed.

UPDATE: They haave changed the place completely. No more long waits, consistently sweet staff and food is always fresh and properly assembled. Glad to see the store doing better“

“Came on this Thursday afternoon for lunch after shopping. The young lady working the desk I believe her name is how do you spell her name is Munazza so kind so wonderful she’s really nice. She also informed me on all the offers which was very helpful. This is the first time I’ve been impressed by a McDonald’s in quite a while, the food was super fresh honestly very good. This will be my new go to McDonald’s!“

“Went in around 2pm and bought coffee's and an English muffin with sausage and egg, wife got sausage and eggs A-La carte as she doesn't eat bread.
We love the sausage as it seems to have more flavor than competitors also the egg and especially the coffee (no burnt taste) are better too, to top it off cheaper quite a bit cheaper too.
Win win in my books.“

“I was genuinely impressed. I ended up staying here for 4–5 hours to get some work done, and everything was on point.

The team works fast and smoothly — almost no lines, orders move quickly, and the place stays clean.

Big respect to the manager on duty. I saw him actively running the shift, giving directions, and even mopping the floor multiple times while I was there. Great leadership and a really well-managed location.“

“I truly need to recognize Paris for her outstanding customer service! Every time I dine-in during the day, Paris is always smiling, welcoming, and serving people with a smile. She truly is an amazing worker and wonderful at her job. By far, she is the only person on the morning/day shift that is always in a positive attitude and her energy is radiating. I love to dine-in during the day when she is there because on her own she creates a different atmosphere for all the guests. She definitely needs to be recognized because many of the other on staff with her are not approachable; however, Paris is the only one that comes up to guests and ask if they need anything and addresses any concerns. “The customer service here isn't the greatest and the speed is kind of slow but the food served isnt bad, when you open the bag you food is usually wrapped up nicely and the meal is put together half decent, not just thrown into the bag.“
