“This location is usually busy. The day staff is great. The evening is a different story. There seem to always be issues like messy drink stations, dirty counters or empty ketchup dispensers when a specific manager is working. My mom ordered a caramel Sundae. Someone made it and left it at the back counter and started filling uber eats orders. By the time she got the sundae it was half melted. I told her to go back and make them remake it. They did after several minutes of waiting and waiting. They have screwed up my mobile order before where it was supposed to a special for $2 or something and they changed it charging me the full price. I was supposed to get sent a coupon for a free one and It never arrived. When sitting inside to eat, it's not too busy. It was easy to find a seat.“

“Mostly i do break on mc donalds really good staff and they also tell about latest offers and very friendly service. They prepare meal in small time limit. I appreciate all the staff for very good service. Have a great day 👍🏻“

He’s a young guy, and I honestly didn’t expect that level of professionalism and care — but he completely exceeded expectations. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, he made the experience great from start to finish. Chris deserves more than just a high five — he deserves real recognition. McDonald’s is lucky to have him on their team!“

“Everyone that works there is always nice especially Rav and I've always had great experiences with all the managers, even when busy. The only thing that would make this spot better is a kiosk, order screen and a clear line up area for the rowdy customers“

She also informed me on all the offers which was very helpful. This is the first time I’ve been impressed by a McDonald’s in quite a while, the food was super fresh honestly very good. “Had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The fries were crispy, the burger tasted great, and everything was packed neatly.

“I truly need to recognize Paris for her outstanding customer service! Every time I dine-in during the day, Paris is always smiling, welcoming, and serving people with a smile. She truly is an amazing worker and wonderful at her job. By far, she is the only person on the morning/day shift that is always in a positive attitude and her energy is radiating. I love to dine-in during the day when she is there because on her own she creates a different atmosphere for all the guests. She definitely needs to be recognized because many of the other on staff with her are not approachable; however, Paris is the only one that comes up to guests and ask if they need anything and addresses any concerns. I truly wish I can duplicate her and have her at every McDonald's locations I go to. Keep up the good work Paris, people in the community appreciate you!“

“The customer service here isn't the greatest and the speed is kind of slow but the food served isnt bad, when you open the bag you food is usually wrapped up nicely and the meal is put together half decent, not just thrown into the bag.“
