“During weekdays is great , people who works in the morning are great , they smile , answer enthusiastic, and det order right , working as fast as they can ? however weekends service is terrible, always mess orders long wait not really friendly ?“

“I ordered via mobile app and waited longer than patrons who ordered in person after I was already waiting. They apologized as they handed my order to me. Everything was still ok at this point since my morning wasn’t busy. I noticed I received the wrong order when I got home and called in.Manager Prima picked up and went out of their way to make things right. Although the food quality isn’t the best compared to other MCD, it’s still edible and Prima’s customer service deserves 10/5 stars. She deserves a raise and recognition by McD for saving their brand image. I’ve had bad experiences at other McD and their make-it-right actions are no where close to the customer service and courteousness displayed by Prima.“
“Being a local to richmond hill, I've got several McD's near me. This is one of them. The drive thru at this mc d's is usually PACKED out the wazoo. I'm talking minimum of 10-20 min wait times. If you go into the resto and order, chances are you might actually get your order faster than if you were to drive thru. Seating-wise, this place has gone through a lot of renos as the years have come. I remember there used to be a fish tank on the left side of the resto and there were no self-serve kiosks. The fish tank has been removed (extra island space now permits more seating), kiosks have obviously been installed and they also have table service (where the workers bring your order to your table). Surprisingly, they also are one of the Mc D's in the area that have an always working ice cream machine (yes, by now everyone's read about the "mysteriously always broken ice cream machines" online). I recently visited and ordered a McRib for nostalgia's sake (supposedly only available at limited locations). The fake rib meat was good but I remember the sandwich being better in the past. The pork patty used to be a lot thicker and the bbq sauce was tangier and sweeter in the past. Now it seems like they just roll the pork patty around in the bbq mcnuggets dipping sauce before putting it in the sandwich. I will say this though, somehow the texture of the patty resembled rib meat when you bite into it.“
“Very nice neat and clean, under staffed, Only two employees working and they have a bottle neck in the order processing as most people are not using kiosk at the particular location. One person is taking order and one person is processing the orders.“

Having worked for mcdonald's decades ago, it great to see a return to the high service standard. While the dining room service needs work, and given other comments maybe double checking orders. “My rating is 3.5 stars. I'll round up. My introduction to this McDonald's started on a scary note. I had just bought desserts at Sucrée D'Luxe. I needed a drink and something to eat that wasn't dessert. There was this McDonald's down the road on 16th Avenue. I placed the following order through my McDonald's app: - Medium Diet Coke ($1 during the summertime) - Mighty McMuffin I headed westbound on 16th Avenue. I had to turn left onto Granton Drive. I ha thde right of way. The cars on Granton have a stop sign at the foot of 16th Avenue. There are two lanes on Granton when you are at 16th Avenue: left and right turn lanes. Well, guess what happened to me? I was about to turn left onto Granton and there were two cars about to do left-hand turns onto Highway 7. The guy doing an illegal move because he was too impatient nearly plowed into my car. I am typically a calm person who does not spew out profanities. However, in this case, when you are jeopardizing my life because you are a reckless, selfish, impatient person who can't wait to make a left turn, I have a lot to say and the profanities automatically come out of my mouth as a reflex reaction. My window came down. I looked this jerk in the eyes let him have it, and didn't care that oncoming traffic was about to reach us. Two lanes?! You nearly crashed into my car and caused an accident. I remember signing two with my fingers to represent my outrage for this guy creating two lanes. I don't remember if I also conveniently flipped the bird. I was annoyed and furious. He looked sorry. Yes, you should be. In short, it's a dangerous intersection. I don't recommend hanging a left from 16th Avenue to get to this eatery. It's not worth dealing with stupidity that was present when I was there. I had no problem finding the drive-thru. This McD's is in a small plaza with a handful of businesses, including St. Louis Wings and Ribs. I pulled up to the order area and rattled off my order code. I then pulled up to the window and waited for my order. It didn't take long, as there was one person ahead of me. The nice woman at the window handed me my drink first. I was thirsty. The Diet Coke was refreshing and got me back to being calm, happy me. I then got my Mighty McMuffin. I thanked the woman and left. I parked in a spot to enjoy my food. I miss the Mighty McMuffin. I loved it so much. It had bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese. It was so good. You got the best of everything. I hope that it returns. My mouth is watering thinking about it. When I'm in the area and I'm travelling eastbound on 16th Avenue, I'd drop by. For now, I'm avoiding a left turn to get to this McD's. It's not worth the risk, especially dealing with impatient drivers like this guy who should be off the road. (402)“
