McDonald's in Markham

“This is a fantastic location!

I had the pleasure of visiting there this morning during the peak of the morning rush around 8:15 AM….. The drive-through must have had at least 15 cars and the staff inside were serving many customers

I submitted my order thinking I would pick it up through the drive-through, but after seeing so many cars I made a dash inside and had the pleasure of speaking with the manager that was running an incredible operation

He was kind enough to change my order to pick up and fulfilled the order within several minutes

I stood there in amazement for several minutes watching the 12 or so staff members working in unison to prepare and fill orders faster than I have ever seen at a McDonald’s location

And the best part is, they were doing it while being present with every customer and truly calm under pressure and working well together as a team

As I was leaving the restaurant after less than five minutes, the entire drive-through line had being served - amazing!

“It's quite new in a new Walmart, so it's clean and they still have the drink refills which is rare in Canada nowadays. They didn't burn the sausage McMuffin which was good but coffee was off, the place is a bit small so it can get crowded.“

“Order accuracy good. Hot food on pickup. Good offers. The only issue is the mobile app insists that I am not close to the pickup location when I am within 100m. Very annoying when I cannot place my order sometimes, due to distance. Please fix.“

“I’ll give this location a 5 starts for their service even at their busiest times, great attitude towards my lengthy and complicated order. The credit would mainly go to a female employee that dealt with me directly, If I remember correctly her name is Varsha. Hope this makes it to the right hands and she get a credit for her hard work and great service.“

“pretty good mc drizzles. the food is good for McDonald's food. the atmosphere is great and surprisingly clean and they even had some comfy stools instead of just all normal mc dees chairs. service is also good and the staff is pretty friendly.“

“I would like to appreciate excellent customer service by zain or zaid. I am not quite sure if I am taking the name ryt. But that guy is 10/10 in providing a customer with his best. He was taking my order at the front of the house and man that guy is humble and respectful. The way he communicated with me was so respectful and decent , it made my day. That guy deserves appreciation from your management for keeping such calm and respect is such a rush. Thankyou zaid you are doing a wonderful job!!!“
