“I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru 2–3 days ago during a very busy time. There was a long lineup, and it was raining heavily. I asked the order-taker if my food could be well done, and he politely said okay.

When I reached the window, he very kindly asked if I could park in spot number 1 and explained it would take about 4–5 minutes because of the lineup and the well-done order.

Even though it was raining heavily, he brought my food to my car right on time. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. This level of service meant a lot to me.

Usually when I come in the afternoon, I find some crew members to be rude, but this employee was the complete opposite. I hope you have more people like him working here. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a blue uniform with a black head cloth covering, and he is from India. I hope this message reaches him because he truly deserves recognition.“

Despite the rush, she handled everything with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. She served our Big Mac combos quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. “I want to take a moment to recognize a McDonald’s employee named Lovekaran (I hope I’m pronouncing his name correctly). I honestly haven’t had such a positive experience in a fast-food restaurant in at least five years.

It was very clear that this guy either truly loves his job, loves kids — or both — and was simply having a wonderful day and sharing that energy with everyone around him.

We ordered my 5-year-old son a burger with no pickles. Of course, my son found one pickle and, being a serious little complainer, made a big deal out of it. I jokingly told him to go complain — and he actually did.

Lovekaran listened to my son so attentively and respectfully, like he genuinely mattered. What impressed me most was that he didn’t push another burger or rush the situation. Instead, he calmly told my son that once he finished his meal, he could come back for an ice cream. That small gesture meant a lot — my son felt heard, respected, and happy.

This kind of kindness and patience is rare, especially in fast-food environments. Employees like Lovekaran make a real difference and leave a lasting impression.

“The location is great but food options is so limited. I met this situation several times when ordered from kiosk after finishing my shopping in the Walmart. They told me we don’t have this item here when pickup and gave me something else, even it’s shown available in the system. If you don’t have it here, why did you still show them available in the kiosk?? The service is questionable too.“

“Love this location as the interior deco gives a Relaxing feel probably because of the special shaped lights and wall arts. There used to be very few people dining so it is very quiet and gives a nice atmosphere to dine in. The service is quick, I always like to order ahead and pick up from the counter to save time. Other McDonalds wants me to be physically there first, but this location, i can pick up immediately when i ‘m there, which serves the purposes of mobile order. I ordered BLT with sesame bun, it’s hot and fresh when I got it. Perfect breakfast place, highly recommended.“
