McDonald's in Vaughan

“I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru 2–3 days ago during a very busy time. There was a long lineup, and it was raining heavily. I asked the order-taker if my food could be well done, and he politely said okay.

When I reached the window, he very kindly asked if I could park in spot number 1 and explained it would take about 4–5 minutes because of the lineup and the well-done order.

Even though it was raining heavily, he brought my food to my car right on time. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. This level of service meant a lot to me.

Usually when I come in the afternoon, I find some crew members to be rude, but this employee was the complete opposite. I hope you have more people like him working here. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a blue uniform with a black head cloth covering, and he is from India. I hope this message reaches him because he truly deserves recognition.“

“Great service and very fast! I chose “eat in” when ordering but always got a to go bag in other stores. This mac store kindly gave me tray for the first time I came here. Got all my food within 3 min that’s efficient! The only aspect I hope it can improve is the coating on the chicken in the chicken big MAC is dry and hard in my food. Otherwise all good.“

“My McDonald’s for my daily iced coffee. Great customer service by Fadiha. There was an issue with my iced coffee and she gave me two complimentary iced coffees to rectify the situation. Very pleasant and kind. Great customer service experience.“

“The location is great but food options is so limited. I met this situation several times when ordered from kiosk after finishing my shopping in the Walmart. They told me we don’t have this item here when pickup and gave me something else, even it’s shown available in the system. If you don’t have it here, why did you still show them available in the kiosk?? The service is questionable too.“

“It’s McDonalds. We all love it. However this location has been so bad. We live in the area and have gone here on and off for years. However since Shilpa took over as manager this location is back. Its operational excellence has coming back regularly again. Thank you Shilpa!“
