“This location is usually busy, but they move the line quickly. I've been here a few times and the food has been fresh and the orders have been correct. Staff are generally polite and helpful. Cleanliness is decent for how much traffic they get. Would come back“

“I’ve noticed that some customers at this store are way too demanding. It’s a fast-food restaurant, not a fine dining establishment. You’re paying less than $10 for a meal, yet some people expect five-star service while treating the crew with little to no respect.

I eat here too, and I know the food is fresh, the service is good, and the crew works hard despite how busy it gets. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude or disrespectful.

Maybe it’s time we stop saying “the customer is always right,” because that’s not always true. Respect should go both ways.“

“The food was great and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. One of the crew members was patient and helped me redeem an offer that wasnt going through on the kiosk with kindness and a smile. Unfortunately there were a few sketchy people that were misbehaving which ruined the mood and environment..“

“I am a fan of McDonald's coffee. It's not overpriced. The coffee tastes good. The washrooms are clean and they do good job at being a restaurant. Wheelchair accessible and there's parking right there. One of my favorite places to go get coffee for $2“

“Well for a McDonald's it's pretty much what you expect. I went through the drive thru and didn't like that after driving off I realized the fries were probably sitting there for a little bit and they put a little too much salt. Overall happy though with the food and quick service.“

I’ve been here quite a few times and they’re always friendly and positive. Even when the drive-thru gets busy and there’s a long wait, they sometimes go the extra mile to make it up to you. Not something to expect, of course, but it really shows how much they care. Always a nice experience here!“

“Food is good for fast food, and the staff are nice and friendly, sometimes even going above and beyond on good days. However, the atmosphere can be a bit bad at times, and it’s not uncommon to see homeless people digging through the trash.“

“Tasty, greasy smash burger, don't think you can have one without the other. Saw a review saying it was one of the best in the city, definitely good but I think I prefer a hardier patty or even a classic Burgers Priest Option than a smash for more balance and less grease. Love the curly fries too although not the spicy version. Skipped the deserts but heard they were good but too full after the meal as it was.“

“After the renovation they reduced the seating options but the location definitely got cleaner. The food quality is pretty inconsistent, though it's not the worst. The staff is friendly, but sometimes the waiting time is longer than expected. On the plus side they're open 24/7, so you're covered for a late-night snack“

“Went to buy 2x $1 icecream cone on offer and was greeted by lovely Diana at the cashier and I request for chocolate sprinkle as topping and offered to pay extra then she kindly offered me chocolate sauce in a tub for free which was a lovely surprise :)“

“Jade the manager is absolutely amazing! We ordered food the night before, it was not up to standards. The Following day we were back ordering, and I told Jade our experience, showed her our order from the previous day, and she re did the entire order no charge. That is how you manage and run a operation! 5 stars Jade!“

“The food is what you’d expect from your average McDonald’s and it’s always served warm. This location has surprisingly never gotten my order wrong and my orders are prepared quick. Half of the times I’ve been there however I’ve seen people clearly on drugs which is uncomforting. The moment I get my food I am out of there. A great place ruined by its location.“

“People say this place is slow. Of course it is sometimes. It's one of the smallest locations in WALMART!!! High traffic, small location. What do you expect. Jesus!

Atmosphere is Great. Really great new look for McDonald's Restaurant in Canada. Walls are White and Blake Marple & Black and White letter information so cute. More open concept fast food restaurant. Self Check-Out and cashier are available for your favorite food order. I got Iced coffee large size with McDonald's mobile app, only cost $1. Three different Dinning Area and Patio also available, It's really great. Wheelchair accessible Parking and Entrance Available. Also accessible seating and Washrooms are available.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. No more television available in this new design of the McDonald's restaurant, it's not happy news for Eurocup and Olympics 2024 Customers. Overall McDonald's Restaurant dinning area more look like Cafe style. Missing kids playing area. Restaurant Dinning Rooms are open 6 AM to 11 PM and Mcdelivery & Mobile order available until Midnight.

Parking: Gerrard Square Shopping Center Parking Area available.“

“I went here at some point and experienced what can only be described as a series of events involving food. The atmosphere was definitely present, and there were tables, which I appreciated. The staff did things that staff typically do, and the menu contained options. I ordered something that turned out to be exactly what it was, more or less.

Time passed while I was there, and by the end, I had formed several thoughts, though none of them felt urgent. It’s the kind of place that exists, and in many ways, that’s something. I might return, or I might not, depending on various factors. Overall, it was an experience.“

“Good place to grab a quick bite while you are walking in the area. Food quality is as good as other McDonald’s. This place is not as clean as other McDonald’s. There are also a few homeless people around.

“Genuinely the best McDoubles I’ve had. We went at 4am and got 4 burgers. Each one was super fresh, moist, good pickle ratio, hot beef and melty cheese.

This is what a happy meal used to taste like when you were a young child and your parents finally let you get McDonald’s. I was absolutely floored by the quality of these burgers. This is not a joke, this is a real review“

“I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Kishurn at this McDonald's location! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make sure the dining area and washrooms are spotless. It's so refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work. I really appreciate how clean she keeps everything – it makes a big difference!“

“I ordered through the McDonald's app today. My order consisted of 1 Big Mac, 1 Quarter BLT, 1 Jr Chicken with tomato, 2 large fries, 1 medium Sprite Berry Bliss, 1 medium Strawberry Watermelon Refresher, and 1 bag. They gave me all my orders except the quarter BLT. The quarter BLT didn't have bacon in it. The fries were just like the end bits; it had some long ones, but it was mostly the small bits. It didn't even come with tissue paper.“

“The best advantage is that this store is open till midnight on 7 days a week. Most other food stalls would close by 9pm (summer time). This, diners pour in at McDonald's and it is lively and cheerful atmosphere. It is located within Union Eatery at Basement 1 (Union station). It is a perfect place to grab a coffee or burger before journey or after homecoming. Food quality is good. I am surprised that kids junior burger has chilli chicken patty. How did McDonald's not know that most juniors would not tolerate chilli! Nevertheless it is really value for money for all items. Long queues but quickly cleared. The staff are swift and efficient.“

“CORINNE IS A HERO. It was a goodbye lunch for a coworker of ours and we had pre-ordered on the app, but it glitched and didn't go through. Corinne and another wonderful (and patient) worker took their time and helped us put the order in again from start to finish and the crew made sure the entire order was packed to perfection. They couldn't have managed it any better, honestly - even when a frustrated lady behind us was asked them if her food was going to take longer because of our order - they assured her it wouldn't, and it didn't! And at lunch time it is very hard to find a table to eat at alot of the students bring food from outside place in . But when it is not lunch time or right after school ot is empty.“
