“This location is usually busy, but they move the line quickly. I've been here a few times and the food has been fresh and the orders have been correct. Staff are generally polite and helpful. Cleanliness is decent for how much traffic they get. Would come back“

“Please, please , please keep Joe on morning shift. I walk in to the smell of fresh coffee, a smiling face and very fast service. The days Joe is not there are a nightmare. The coffee is is old and gross, I'm stand in an empty store waiting for service while they all finish their conversations and 1 day the lady who did come to serve me had a disgusting uniform. It was dirty and smelly, her hair was out and over filthy. I walked out and didn't get anything....please give us back Joe“

“The location is great. Food is actually better than most locations. But there are a few issues such as some of the customers at the location. Mostly the street people, there is always one inside it stinking up the place. I don’t blame the McDonalds for that.“

“I am a fan of McDonald's coffee. It's not overpriced. The coffee tastes good. The washrooms are clean and they do good job at being a restaurant. Wheelchair accessible and there's parking right there. One of my favorite places to go get coffee for $2“

“I got served the most beautiful delectable tv commercial-worthy poutine and burger on the night of May 31st 2026. Whoever was working the kitchen should quit and join a Michelin star restaurant because they cooked up a culinary masterpiece that would put Gordon Ramsay to shame.“

“Well for a McDonald's it's pretty much what you expect. I went through the drive thru and didn't like that after driving off I realized the fries were probably sitting there for a little bit and they put a little too much salt. Overall happy though with the food and quick service.“

“Food is good for fast food, and the staff are nice and friendly, sometimes even going above and beyond on good days. However, the atmosphere can be a bit bad at times, and it’s not uncommon to see homeless people digging through the trash.“

“Zarina was incredibly helpful during my visit to McDonald’s.There was a problem with my order, and when I was having trouble explaining everything, she stayed patient, kind, and made sure I got the right food. She handled everything professionally and with a really positive attitude, which made the whole experience much better.

She was very sweet, polite, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping customers. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts that much effort into making sure people leave happy. Employees like Zarina make a big difference, and I hope McDonald’s knows how valuable she is. They definitely need more workers like her.“

“Went to get my ice cream fix here and was pleasantly surprised by their service, the presentation+taste of the ice cream, and how conveniently it's located near st Lawrence market. The ice cream was great in taste and texture. It added a great sweet treat to our trip to the st Lawrence market. I was very happy with making the decision to visit here. Their representative Faizal was very polite, courteous, and friendly. Must recommend visiting here for your McDonald's.“

“It's a good fast food option on King Street West.
The food is pretty good, the staff is nice but it often takes some time for the orders to be ready. The sitting area is somewhat small and the tables are too close to each other - it's usually packed with delivery drivers, people who are on their way to the club or homeless people.“

“Shoutout to Kadeem. He always seems to be working when I visit, and I'm always glad that he is. Kadeem makes the most of what is a difficult location and keeps it running very smoothly and efficiently. His calm and friendly demeanor amidst the chaos is both pleasant and reassuring. Any employer would be lucky to have a Kadeem on their roster.“

“The food is what you’d expect from your average McDonald’s and it’s always served warm. This location has surprisingly never gotten my order wrong and my orders are prepared quick. Half of the times I’ve been there however I’ve seen people clearly on drugs which is uncomforting. The moment I get my food I am out of there. A great place ruined by its location.“

Atmosphere is Great. Really great new look for McDonald's Restaurant in Canada. Walls are White and Blake Marple & Black and White letter information so cute. More open concept fast food restaurant. Self Check-Out and cashier are available for your favorite food order. I got Iced coffee large size with McDonald's mobile app, only cost $1. Three different Dinning Area and Patio also available, It's really great. Wheelchair accessible Parking and Entrance Available. Also accessible seating and Washrooms are available.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. No more television available in this new design of the McDonald's restaurant, it's not happy news for Eurocup and Olympics 2024 Customers. Overall McDonald's Restaurant dinning area more look like Cafe style. Missing kids playing area. Restaurant Dinning Rooms are open 6 AM to 11 PM and Mcdelivery & Mobile order available until Midnight.

“Man, I called this place to get an idea of the menu specs, and I was NOT disappointed, Cal answered the phone with nothing but the utmost confidence and respect that you could possibly give to a customer. I felt as though customer support could not have any better, as he answered any questions, and described any given menu item with incredible detail, even going as far as comparing them to other chains. I will absolutely be ordering from this McDonalds location again, and I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to experience this kind of quality, and know that the people making my food really care. I hope Cal is treated with the respect and appreciation that he deserves. 10/10 experience.“

“Good place to grab a quick bite while you are walking in the area. Food quality is as good as other McDonald’s. This place is not as clean as other McDonald’s. There are also a few homeless people around.

“This is a tiny McDonald’s that has a very impressive service rate. My orders here are always accurate and very fast. The staff is cheerful and organized. It’s exactly the experience you hope to have at a McDonald’s when you need a quick bite before boarding the TTC.“

“One of the workers named Jasan showed incredible customer service, he was extremely kind and polite leaving me very thrilled with the outcome. Honestly I’d come here everyday just for that kind of customer service, he’s a well trained and put together employee, definitely would deserve a raise in my books. Well done Jasan!“

“Its always nice when a store makes a mistake and they fix it... but in my case i made the mistake on the order and they were so happy to fix it. This is the first time i ever felt a sense of customer love and service. These people are the reason why the store is so busy.

“I went here at some point and experienced what can only be described as a series of events involving food. The atmosphere was definitely present, and there were tables, which I appreciated. The staff did things that staff typically do, and the menu contained options. I ordered something that turned out to be exactly what it was, more or less.

Time passed while I was there, and by the end, I had formed several thoughts, though none of them felt urgent. It’s the kind of place that exists, and in many ways, that’s something. I might return, or I might not, depending on various factors. Overall, it was an experience.“

“We arrived at dinner time yesterday, not realizing that it would be wall-to-wall people for the Bruno Mars concert!
The manager was outstanding! She handled the crowds and the issues with grace and never lost her cool!
The printer stopped printing receipts, people did not know how to use their ap.
There seemed to be a toddler birthday party!
It was absolute chaos!
No problem for this brilliant woman who kept serving people and directing her staff and helping literally everyone with a smile and a kind word!

“CORINNE IS A HERO. It was a goodbye lunch for a coworker of ours and we had pre-ordered on the app, but it glitched and didn't go through. Corinne and another wonderful (and patient) worker took their time and helped us put the order in again from start to finish and the crew made sure the entire order was packed to perfection. They couldn't have managed it any better, honestly - even when a frustrated lady behind us was asked them if her food was going to take longer because of our order - they assured her it wouldn't, and it didn't! They run like a well-oiled machine and were incredibly friendly and patient with us. We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Corinne and team.“

“Great service, friendly staff. My only issue is this location doesn't give the option on the app of removing some ingredients from your order. For example, the wrap, I have to ask them to not include cucumbers as the app doesn't give that choice like all other McDonald's locations. Even though I specifically asked at the drive through, they still included cucumbers. Please have this ingredient included as an option to opt out in the app. Appreciate it!“

“I am sorry for the late review, as I visited this location a couple of weeks ago (late-night), but I wanted to make sure this staff member was recognized. I was assisted by a young melanated woman with blonde streaks in her hair who was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond her job description to assist me, and I want to extend my warmest thanks to her. Her customer service was truly great, and she is a wonderful representative for this store!“

“This branch literally robbed me this morning. I placed a mobile order through the app and I was at the drive through window at 3:57 am. The staff told me that they can’t give me the order as they were switching shifts. I said that’s fine as long as they can refund me. After a long conversation they ultimately told me that there’s nothing we can give you i.e no record of any type - though I asked for anything even an order number.
The app on the other hand, doesn’t show any receipts or records.
I paid both by points and cash and I was not given a refund.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I reached out to Rohit, the area supervisor through email and they haven’t come back to me yet.

And at lunch time it is very hard to find a table to eat at alot of the students bring food from outside place in . But when it is not lunch time or right after school ot is empty.“
