There is a little brown dude that works the cash, honestly every single time I order from him he has trouble understanding basic things, makes things way too complicated, and my order is still 90% of the time wrong. We need to stop ordering from this place when he is working. He really just does not get, you ask to sub milk and you get extra cream. I ordered food. However, waiting for long time, they served me cold burgers. I requested to replaced it with hot food. They refused. I refused to accept food and demanded refund. They refused to refund money. Before, I was standing at counter and was ignored by the staff, who by by gesture showed me a middle finger. The food was as you expect from McDonald's. The place is small. Very crowded, with very few seats and just beside the trash cans and people lining up to get their orders. In my opinion, not a place for dining in.
