This might be the slowest McDonalds in Toronto.
Ever since this location was renovated, the management has gone downhill. The service is incredibly slow now, especially during the morning rush hour. There are way too few staff members working when everyone is rushing to work. It’s completely chaotic and inefficient. If you are on a tight schedule in the morning, avoid this place until they fix their staffing issues.
After the renovation they reduced the seating options but the location definitely got cleaner. The food quality is pretty inconsistent, though it's not the worst. The staff is friendly, but sometimes the waiting time is longer than expected. On the plus side they're open 24/7, so you're covered for a late-night snack

McDonald's offers pretty good food, including a great breakfast. The staff is nice, quick, and understanding, with excellent employees. One employee, who is in his 60s, is known for his amazing smile and positive attitude, engaging with customers and making them feel welcome. The management has received praise for maintaining a clean store and fresh food, contributing to a pleasant experience overall. However, the VERY SMALL location isn't suitable for dining in, especially when busy, and the presence of sketchy individuals might be off-putting. It's recommended to grab your meal and enjoy it at a nearby park instead. While the location is wheelchair accessible, it can be difficult to maneuver due to its size. Recently, some customers noted issues with service, mentioning that during busy hours, staff seemed focused on drive-through orders, leading to longer wait times at the front counter.
