“Love this location as the interior deco gives a Relaxing feel probably because of the special shaped lights and wall arts. There used to be very few people dining so it is very quiet and gives a nice atmosphere to dine in. The service is quick, I always like to order ahead and pick up from the counter to save time. Other McDonalds wants me to be physically there first, but this location, i can pick up immediately when i ‘m there, which serves the purposes of mobile order. I ordered BLT with sesame bun, it’s hot and fresh when I got it. Perfect breakfast place, highly recommended.“
“I recently visited the McDonald’s in Vaughan, and while the food and frontline service were up to the usual standard, the overall experience was badly overshadowed by the manager’s Yogi the night manager’s behavior. The staff at the counter were polite and efficient, but the manager’s attitude left a very negative impression.
She was extremely rude in the way she spoke to customers, showing clear impatience and even hostility during simple interactions. Her short-tempered demeanor made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable in a customer service setting. A manager is supposed to lead by example and set the tone for the team, but in this case, her actions did the opposite—damaging the restaurant’s reputation and discouraging customers from returning.
No matter how good the food or service may be, a manager’s lack of professionalism completely ruins the customer experience. This location seriously needs to address her conduct if it wants to maintain trust and loyalty from its customers.“
