I didn’t expect a simple morning coffee run to leave such a positive impression. The customer service here was exceptional! I originally used the drive-thru and everything went smoothly while ordering, but after paying I realized I had been given and charged for a large instead of the medium I asked for. I kept the coffee, but the larger size changed the taste more than I expected.
I went inside to grab another coffee for a friend, I mentioned my coffee mix up story to the manager. They immediately replaced my drink, prepared the second coffee, and even offered me a complimentary muffin for the inconvenience. I politely declined, but the gesture alone was incredibly thoughtful.
An innocent mistake corrected, with a small acts of kindness with genuine customer care that left a BIG lasting positive impression that truly shape the overall customer experience. Well done to the entire team!“

“I have been to this McDonald's many time over the years, Never had a problem with the drive thru, which I predominately use when I visit. Went inside this week and was served quickly by a new employee ( she was in training) . Food was served hot. Inside was clean and their were many tables. Going outside I noticed the drive thru was very busy.“
