“The WORST service today!!This McDonalds is always slow and inaccurate with your order but today was ridiculous!! Waited over 20min for my food for a simple order, even though I was not the last to order, my coffee was wrong, the playpark was dirty (my daughter wouldn't play in there) and the drink station was filthy. All the while there was 2 employees standing in the back talking and doing nothing to get the food out in a timely manner or cleaning up the restaurant. I also witnessed 2 other customers with incorrect orders. The south Aurora location is WAY better.Kid-friendliness: The play park was dirty.“
“I asked for the cup of medium coffee and I received the cold coffee and I asked the girl to give me a fresh, hot coffee but guess what she was very rude and unprofessional she didn’t give me a coffee and returned my money and said no coffee for you!!!! I was so disappointed and angry and I made a official complain to McDonald’s website I would never go back there and I hope McDonald’s head office take care of this mess and I think all of the people having a issue with this place should file the complain“
“This is a decent McDonald's Restaurant, despite what some of the reviews say. Sometimes the waiting times may be long, and they do prioritize the drive-thru, but the staff do try their best with their limited resources to meet timelines. They can often be seen overwhelmed with drive-thru orders and mobile orders, but still face the in-person customers with the utmost professionalism and demeanor. Food quality is as-to-be-expected with a McDonald's.“
