I waited for 15 minutes before asking about my order, then was told that it was being made. Long wait but it was super fresh and was made perfectly with my customizations.“
“I placed an order through Uber eats and one of my bags was missed (the one with ALL of my food). I know there's a lot of moving parts with food prep, handoff and room for driver error. So I'm not even that upset about it.
I called to see if I could just pick it up. Mary greated us at the take out window and has such a big heart. She genuinely felt bad that it was missed. She made sure my food was fresh and was very apologetic. This lady deserves some serious recognition. Thank you Mary for your kindness“
