“Less than 1hr ago your employees, a group of kid that look like they were there with a team coach or a over night summer camp and customs had the displeasure of seeing a C.H. in your restaurant. She was yelling about her son, the police..... Your staff while busy kept the place running smoothly. Very good job team, there a Manager who truly plays as a team and she helped to fix the mess the yelling C.H. created just moments after the children ran her the C.H. GREAT JOB TEAM!“

“I’m not really into rating restaurants because they have good days and bad days but this branch made me to leave this comment. I’ve been ordering here at least once a week for the last 2 months and not a single time they have disappointed.The fries are always fresh and the sandwiches are well-assembled and tasty. The prices however, used to be more affordable.“

“This McDonald's is a great place to go never had a problem here. I have gotten to know the works and they call me by my name my order is always fresh and hot. The worker's are always nice and friendly to me no problems with them and this McDonald's is very close to my building at times it's very busy but it's a good place to go to.“

“There are a few McDonald’s locations in this area, but I always prefer coming to this one because it’s always so clean.

There’s a male staff member here who really stands out. No matter when I come in, he’s always busy cleaning and taking care of every little corner of the restaurant. You can genuinely see how much care and effort he puts into his work, and I really appreciate that.

McDonald’s is pretty standard from one location to another, but I think it’s these little details that make this location stand out. The restaurant feels clean and pleasant, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

“Went here to order 4 small iced coffees...when i did order there were i believe like 11 orders ahead of me, this McDonald's can definitely get very busy at times, when i did order from the kiosk i did not get a printed receipt...this has happened to me a few times at this McDonald's before....waited about 15 minutes while i waited for the crowd of people waiting for their order to clear up...asked who i think was the manager its been 15 minutes can i get my 4 small iced coffees....finally got them they were good just took a long time to get....this McDonald's can get randomly busy at times, just be weary of that if you are going to go order from inside the restaurant“

“I ordered via Uber but then I made a mistake with my order so I called the store and the worker by the name Hetal answered. They were about to close for the nightly cleanup but she patiently worked with me, taking her time with kindness and professionalism to meet my needs and correct my order. She's so good with customers and went above and beyond!! When employees are this way, it makes you wanna keep dealing with that location and nowhere else. Thank you.“

“I went to Mc Donald's this Saturday, October 11th 2025, I had a better guest experience than many fancy places. Although, it was almost closing time (around 10pm), the server was really gentle and nice. This guy deserves a raise for sure. And it wasn't just with me. “It was my first time trying a Big Mac. Based on the photos in the menu, I expected it to be bigger, but it was actually quite small. The bun-to-filling ratio didn’t feel right to me, the bun seemed too small compared to what’s inside, so when you take a bite, everything starts falling out from the sides.

The beef didn’t have a very distinctive flavor, but I did like the sauce. The fries were tasty and well prepared. My order was ready very quickly, with no waiting time. The seating area inside was clean and had plenty of space.“

The inside has been renovated and looks really clean and modern, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy your meal. It's also super convenient being right in Flemingdon Park Shopping Centre, so it's easy to stop in while you're running errands.

Being open 24 hours is a huge plus, whether you need an early breakfast or a late-night snack. It's not always easy to find a fast food spot where the service feels this friendly and consistent, but this location gets it right. Great food, great staff, and a great atmosphere. “Had Breakfast today w/ my son, and our food was served hot, fast and perfectly prepared💕. Inside the restaurant was clean and tidy👍. The only cons was the ladies washroom ☹, it needed checked everytime….“

“This branch literally robbed me this morning. I placed a mobile order through the app and I was at the drive through window at 3:57 am. The staff told me that they can’t give me the order as they were switching shifts. I said that’s fine as long as they can refund me. After a long conversation they ultimately told me that there’s nothing we can give you i.e no record of any type - though I asked for anything even an order number.
The app on the other hand, doesn’t show any receipts or records.
I paid both by points and cash and I was not given a refund.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I reached out to Rohit, the area supervisor through email and they haven’t come back to me yet.
