Being physically challenged, I sometimes sit on my walker and order thru the mobile app, especially when at Timmy's.“
“I believe the representative who helped us may have been the supervisor. The representative’s name was Precious, if recalling correctly. Precious is extremely friendly, offering to help on anything we need, and also checking upon us.
I’ve seen Precious engaging in many conversations with customers and in some cases, hugging customers. Personally, I’ve never experienced this kind of service anywhere including McDonalds. Precious must be rewarded and recognized for great service and friendliness!

“I like this McDonald's. The food is always fresh and tastes good. If you want healthy food, somewhere else is clearly better. They stopped serving salads during the pandemic, and that was disappointing, however the food is good if you're craving junk food!“
“This is the only McDonald’s I enjoyed being at in Canada. I accidentally saw it when I was in the neighborhood, I was astonished seeing how clear the space was and how many people were peacefully having conversations at the table, enjoying their morning. They brought me my order to my table and even took the tray away. The people working at the counter were the older age and seemed very professional. Each person from the staff was smiling and very polite. I don’t know what’s with this particular McDonald’s, but I was really impressed“

“I ordered via Uber but then I made a mistake with my order so I called the store and the worker by the name Hetal answered. They were about to close for the nightly cleanup but she patiently worked with me, taking her time with kindness and professionalism to meet my needs and correct my order. “Just had a coffee and muffin with a friends. Coffee was good and muffin fresh. This place has been renovated and looks fresh and clean. Staff friendly and service was quick. As soon as you leave on of the staff is there quickly and clean off table regardless if you left it clean.“

Specially with the French fries they are supposed to stand up in the container and filled full not sideways and full of gaps inside and not filled to the top. THIS IS VERY COMMON WITH THE DRIVE-THRU AT ALL LOCATION IT'S NOT FARE WE PAY FOR THE PRODUCT THE SAME AS AN INDOOR CUSTOMER IT'S UP TO NOT THE STAFF TO SAVE THE COMPANY MONEY BY RIPPING OFF THE DRIVE-THRU CUSTOMER THEY ARE RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY ARE EITHER LAZY OR NOT TRAINED PROPERLY AND THEY KNOW THAT MOST LIKELY THE CUSTOMER IS FAR AWAY TO RETURN AND COMPLAIN VERY SAD OF THEM

“I went to Mc Donald's this Saturday, October 11th 2025, I had a better guest experience than many fancy places. Although, it was almost closing time (around 10pm), the server was really gentle and nice. This guy deserves a raise for sure. And it wasn't just with me. He was treating everyone in the restaurant really well.“
“It was my first time trying a Big Mac. Based on the photos in the menu, I expected it to be bigger, but it was actually quite small. The bun-to-filling ratio didn’t feel right to me, the bun seemed too small compared to what’s inside, so when you take a bite, everything starts falling out from the sides.
The beef didn’t have a very distinctive flavor, but I did like the sauce. The fries were tasty and well prepared. My order was ready very quickly, with no waiting time. The seating area inside was clean and had plenty of space.“
