McDonald's in Scarborough

“This location is alway been my go to for freshly made fries, and nuggets.

I also have to mention when i was charged twice for a purchase i did, and did go back and dispute it with proof, the manager was extremely kind apologetic, and took every step to make sure i had the return. I really love this location, friendly service, quality service, fresh food. I pass over two McDonald's in my area to go to the st. Clair and Victoria park location because of the consistency.❤❤“

“The food is standard McDonalds‘ fare. I go for the iced coffee.

The 5 Stars goes to the staff at this location who run it like a well oiled machine. Weekdays they keep the coffee orders made and handed over (even hand delivered outside to regulators). Weekends I’ve seen staff handle Karen’s and big orders with aplomb.

Special shout out to Hilda, Sheila and the rest of the gang. Staff is always happy and patient which goes to show how well this location is managed.“

“Pretty clean, the floors are a tad dirty but that’s because of winter. Playplace a bit small for the amount of seating available but it’s still cool and fun. My daughter enjoyed it. More updated vs a lot of other ones that have an old set up.“

“I just want to say that I find the manager/supervisor at this location, I believe her name is Lily or Lillian, to be very friendly and approachable. She seems to have a warm and welcoming presence. I think she is Vietnamese or Southeast Asian, and I really appreciate her positive attitude towards customers. Her kindness and professionalism make visiting this location a pleasant experience. “I did not expect anything but my glucose and bp to raise after eating.. kidding aside I feel like the portions are smaller.. I don’t indulge in junk food but crave it once in a while.. The young man who took my prderwas nice and smiled the whole time but when my order came there’s no vinegar packets to go well in fact the Mgr told me they no longer carry vinegar packets. The cashier said they do .. Idk who to believe. Their self service will not scan my code but it’s all good. I wish I did not have to line up to order. The order came very fast.“

“Asked for an extra courtesy cup was told will have to be charged. Courtesy cups back when I worked at McDonalds decades ago was a very small way water cup. I said no worries what's an extra 10 or 25 cents and rather than charge me she gave me an icecream cup which didn't serve the intended purpose. Next time pls just charge me and give me a real cup.“

“I've never felt inclined to leave a good review for McDonalds but today I was moved by one of the workers, a young white girl working at the Mcdonald's in Walmart. I found her demeanor so kind and I watched how she brought food orders out to the elderly and was just very genuine to interact with. She made sure my meal and the person before me had fresh fries and burger as soon as they were made. Just a really pleasant experience because of this one employee. ✨️👌🏻“

“This McDonald's is simply a fighter in the garbage. I almost always order food in the app and pick it up in the lane. It's happened several times before. Once they didn't give me hamburgers, three times they didn't give me toys, and gave me the wrong products several times. Just like today, I ordered two blueberry pies, but when I got home to check, it was one. Apple pie, a blueberry pie, coffee, two creams and one candy. As a result, I took a sip of milk and no sugar. I had to go back to find them again. They still had to argue with me, and they didn't say a word of apology, and they were very impatient. The expression seemed as if I had caused them trouble. This McDonald's is casual. Everyone can get a job without training, right? Any rubbish can work in it. It's so rubbish.“

“I always come and get coffee and I have a special dietary need and they always deliver my order just as I asked! The manager Ragini is awesome, she cares about the customers. The other lady at the cash is usually unfriendly and messes up my orders....Overall good place to go eat!“

“I have visited this location many times as especially during late nights in a drive thru. The lady at the drive thru in the night is very sweet and knows customer service. She brings smile on our face each time and is so caring and warm. She was working today as well 30th march morning 4:30 am.
Keep her at any cost she is really very nice and infact i suggest u should give her a raise or maybe promote her she is that good. Thank you each time always have a wonderful experience in the drive thru at night when she is there.“

“I've noticed McDonald's really seem to go out of their way to locate themselves in the poorest shittiest neighborhoods as a result the dining experience is horrible... But I suppose that's where you need to be if you want to sell poor people shity food“

“I love to visit this store. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere is very comfortable.Recently went with my kids and was greeted with smiles and best part my order was served on table and it was hot and fresh and tasted great.

Vegetarian options: I wish McDonalds offer more vegetarian options or beyond meat type sandwiches as well for people with dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: We cannot take any type of meat except fish. We ordered no meat egg McMuffin. The order was served accurate and fresh.“
