“I did table service, they gave my food to the wrong table. As soon as I let the manager know though, she was very apologetic and started on my order again. She brought it to our table herself and offered my daughter a Mcflurry as apology. She was extremely professional and understanding.“

“I recently visited the Port Union location and went through the drive-through. The general manager Kashim was friendly and went above and beyond with customer service. He encouraged me to check my order before leaving and waited to make sure everything was correct. That level of care and attention really stood out.“

“Probably the biggest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. There’s 3 dining areas, a play place for kiddos, plenty of seating, the washrooms are decent. The only thing is the wait time for the order takes a bit because it’s a super busy location. The staff here are truly amazing and will make sure you get your order on time and correctly. Genuinely a great location and great staff. It’s open 24 hours as well.“

“I’ve been going here getting drive through orders. I’ve gone to 100s of McDonald’s and the food here always comes out so hot and nice. Not sure why this place is so much better than anywhere else but it’s almost a running joke to see when the food will not be good. Literally 10/10.“

“I did not expect anything but my glucose and bp to raise after eating.. kidding aside I feel like the portions are smaller.. I don’t indulge in junk food but crave it once in a while.. The young man who took my prderwas nice and smiled the whole time but when my order came there’s no vinegar packets to go well in fact the Mgr told me they no longer carry vinegar packets. The cashier said they do .. Idk who to believe. Their self service will not scan my code but it’s all good. I wish I did not have to line up to order. The order came very fast.“

“I have visited this location many times as especially during late nights in a drive thru. The lady at the drive thru in the night is very sweet and knows customer service. She brings smile on our face each time and is so caring and warm. She was working today as well 30th march morning 4:30 am.
Keep her at any cost she is really very nice and infact i suggest u should give her a raise or maybe promote her she is that good. Thank you each time always have a wonderful experience in the drive thru at night when she is there.“

“I've never felt inclined to leave a good review for McDonalds but today I was moved by one of the workers, a young white girl working at the Mcdonald's in Walmart. I found her demeanor so kind and I watched how she brought food orders out to the elderly and was just very genuine to interact with. “this is the best service IN MCDONALDS! The staff was really nice and I ordered a cheeseburger combo the cheeseburger was delicious, cheesy, juicy and savoury! The fries were delicious and perfectly savouring! Surprised that the food was yummy! I also ordered a Oreo McFlurry which was tasty and sweet! The Oreo bits were so good and delicious. And u can never go wrong with an orange juice so I got an orange juice, the orange juice was amazing and sweet. And the service and food was delicious and amazing! “I went to this McDonald’s on a Sunday. The dining area is medium-sized, but I was not happy with the cleanliness. The ketchup, cups, and tissues were empty, and I had to ask the staff for them.

It looked like most of the staff were busy with the drive-through, so the dine-in area was not getting enough attention. This place needs improvement for dining.“

“Great service, friendly staff. My only issue is this location doesn't give the option on the app of removing some ingredients from your order. For example, the wrap, I have to ask them to not include cucumbers as the app doesn't give that choice like all other McDonald's locations.
