McDonald's in Whitby

“I rarely feel compelled to review chain restaurants but this is one of the nicest McDonald's I've been to in recent memory. The manager was super responsive and accommodating when my 2 year old spilled chocolate milk. And gladly traded one of our unopened happy meal toys for a book when my 5 year daughter didn't like the toy. The entire place was very clean, and it was so easy to get on the highway.“

You Sir are an incredible employee! Not only do you run a smooth sailing ship, but the words of encouragement and affirmation you pass down to your employees is commendable! Your employees greet each customer with respect and a wonderful attitude. Food was made perfectly and in a timely manner. This location is cleaner than I've ever seen it, with employees actively upkeeping during our time there. Congratulations to this crew specifically. “The woman working the front cash right now (rang in order 140 at around 8am sept 18) needs to be promoted / get a raise. I hope the manager sees this. I started having a panic attack when I was ordering and rather than being awkward or rude like most people, she saw a human and truly helped me out. It was a horrible morning. I was crying to the point I got a nosebleed. An item missing wasn’t a big deal, but it was the last straw for me. She truly helped me and I’m super grateful.“
