I stopped by the McDonald’s at 501 Ritson Rd S, Oshawa, and I have to say I was blown away by the service and cleanliness! Jules, the maintenance lady, keeps the restaurant spotless — it feels fresh and welcoming every time I walk in. At the counter, Janet delivers top-notch service with a smile, making the whole experience even better.

“I was just at this location townline and king in courtice. As I was standing waiting for my milkshakes the foul language I was hearing amongst the employees was terrible. I even commented to them about there language and one employee says thank you. I've never experienced that language in a resturant before. Lots of F bombs were In there conversation. 620 was the time.“

“Who would have thought, a McDonald's thats good. I usually dont eat here, way to many bad food, bad service experiences over my years. BUT THIS ONE, THIS STORE...GREAT SO FAR!! The ordering till- excellent. Two stand outs, one young man and one tall young lady have redeemed the service star and the youngin's whipping up the grub in the kitchen.. well done as well. I go out of my way just to be served from this store, so far, its been worth it. Keep up the great work guys..“

“The reason I am writing this review is the girl in drive through who did an excellent job and she deserves a recognition. I forgot to ask her name but on July 11 at 2:30 she was at the drive through window. She was very nice and polite. Usually, in late shifts employees are sleepy and grampy, however she was beautifully nice and helpful. She greet me nicely and served me kindly. I repeat She deserves a recognition!“
