McDonald's in Pickering

“This McDonald's has a slightly different layout inside than the ones near us in Stouffville, not bad, just different. Still has the order kiosks, tables, booths and counter seating, but this particular location (just off Brock Road), has table service where they will bring your order directly to your table if you hit the toggle on your order. It's wide open inside, and very bright. We hit during the lunch rush on a very hot & humid day. I did hear a male customer complain about his table and chairs being dirty, and needing to be wiped down. Our seats were fine, and our table was clean, and in no way sticky. I think they were just grumpy because of the excessive humidity outside. This location is just across the parking lot from Activate Pickering. There are floor to ceiling windows here that look out on the parking lot and industrial park the McDonald's is nestled in. Food is what we've all come to expect. Our order was correct, and we received the sauces we requested. Bathrooms were clean too.“

“I visited this McDonald's on August 22 morning and the manager was very helpful. The place was extremely busy and it was tough to control so many orders and people. However really appreciate how it was handled by the manager. He personally made sure I got what I ordered. Thanks. Having a manager like this will definitely help get more clients.“
