I go to this McDonald’s quite often because I like it but the past 3 or 4 times have been very frustrating. I do mobile order on the app at the drive through at night. Each time there was only 2 cars ahead of me and it took a very long time for those cars to get their food and it took even longer to get my food and the fries were cold. Went through the drive through and ordered a McFlurry and fries. Paid at the first booth using ApplePay and pulled up to grab my food. The lady at the booth hands me the wrong order and I tell her that’s not mine. She then proceeds to tell me that I didn’t pay for my order. I told her that I literally just paid 2 seconds ago and show her my ApplePay transaction. Can this place ever get an order straight. Every time I go here, I have to check everything over. Just got home abs realized they gave me the wrong drink. It’s so typical for them to mess something up or forget something.I’ve been to many McDonald’s and this is one of the worst for this sort of thing.
