I've been to Jaspers a few times, but I've always done take out, but this time, I decided to dine in with my wife. We were greeted as we entered the door and seated right away. Our waiter was a funny, lively and overall wonderful person who really did a great job serving us. Went to Jasper's today and the owner voluntarily disclosed that the oil they use is beef oil, rendering the food impermissible for those on Halal diets.We tried this place a couple years ago (not knowing about the oil) and the food was absolutely scrumptious. Our go-to used to be the fried Haddock and fried Halibut.I'm writing this review today because of their honesty. Not many business owners have this quality in today's day and age.
