It’s a result of fresh oil and just right amount of heat and cooking duration.All the food are served in paper boxes and wrapped in paper which is great for sustainability and after meal disposal.The gentle writing and the warm simple note gave the impression over the top upon the perfect execution of a simple classic dish.“

“Awesome... Equal to the best if not the best Fish & Chips in Scarborough. The fries are always cooked to perfection, the Halibut is delicious, the batter is light and doesn't over power the fish. I almost forgot the coleslaw it is a perfect compliments to the meal. It's a take out and the ambiance work for what it is Service is allays friendly.“
“This is a small, plain restaurant. Went for breakfast. I was thrilled because they had gluten free bread. Had eggs, homefries and toast with a side of grilled tomatoes. “Went to Jasper's today and the owner voluntarily disclosed that the oil they use is beef oil, rendering the food impermissible for those on Halal diets.We tried this place a couple years ago (not knowing about the oil) and the food was absolutely scrumptious. Our go-to used to be the fried Haddock and fried Halibut.I'm writing this review today because of their honesty. Not many business owners have this quality in today's day and age.“
