“Not sure what happen this is my go to place Tonight the fries and fish all tasted the same with a bad after taste Im not even sure I got halibut the roll was tough stale the only thing the same was the coleslaw slaw I usually have a hard time finishing an order tonight was kid size I will give it one more try out of loyalty. If I had not fought Port Credit traffic to get there I would have returned it I think it may have been old oil“

The owner Chaudhry saab has made significant improvements in regards to the quality and quantity of the fish served, the dining experience and the price of the food. The food was delicious, definitely reccomend to try out the pomfret fish curry with naan with family.

“Great little tiny spot hidden away in Streetsville. It has limited seating but plenty of parking in the plaza next door.

I had the spicy fish with chips, which comes with salad and green sauce on the top, and a lemon slice. The green sauce was amazing! It really brought together the entire meal for me and the cold salad really hit the spot with the warm fish and fries.

The fish itself was nice and fluffy, wasn't overly greasy at all or burnt from anywhere. The fries were super crispy which I really liked. They put some red swirl sauce on the fish which tastes really good! The fish can be a bit dry since theres no sauce to dip or eat it with

suggestions:
- I wish they made their own tartar sauce, because I know it'd taste much better than the packaged one

- wish they'd provide some spicy seasoning or chilli flakes/pepper to pour over the fish

- it'd be amazing if we could get more of the red or the green sauce with our meal!

-Also, adding more colors,(like in the salad), serving the fries separately, (it was hard to move around the fish and the fries without it spilling over ) providing containers for sauce, or using plastic plates instead of disposable ones, and plastic cups for drinks+having fountain drinks would really improve their presentation

- Adding some bright lights, decor, light background music, (even just instrumental), separating the kitchen/storage with a door, would allgreatly improve the atmosphere! The lighting was quite dim and it looked like they were about to close

These are just some observations I made, and I understand it's a fast food place so it won't be super fancy :)

“I'd been gunning for fish and chips all week. last time we had them from another place was a giant disappointment. Today, here, was a blessing. That rare time you have a craving for something very specific, and they CRUSH IT!!! Everything light and crispy, not doughy or oily. Haddock: light, flaky. Halibut: Dense, toothsome, fresh. o-rings the way they should be. not doughy, or like onion fritters. light, crispy, almost tempura.“

“We had very good food especially fish and shrimps, made well and very tasty. The disappointment was when we asked for bill staff told us they take cash or debit and if u want to pay by credit card, they will charge extra 2.4% ( they have not mentioned this on their menu nor visibly displayed it on their entrance door or neither staff told us this at the the time of order placement. They have put a very small handwritten note on the fridge/display fridge ( this is very small and almost not noticeable). The staff has pointed to this note when I insisted where it’s posted show me? It clear on bill of 215 cad they want To charge extra on pretext of credit card fees that no one charge now a days“
