Cheap with the ingredients and full of homeless around so parts of the place would stink a lot
This McDonald's has a slightly different layout inside than the ones near us in Stouffville, not bad, just different. Still has the order kiosks, tables, booths and counter seating, but this particular location (just off Brock Road), has table service where they will bring your order directly to your table if you hit the toggle on your order. McDonald's is a popular choice for kids, but some customers have concerns about hygiene practices. One customer noticed the staff not using utensils for toppings, leading to worries about cross-contamination. Another customer witnessed a server using hands instead of a scoop to handle chicken nuggets, prompting a fresh batch and an apology. Despite these issues, a drive-thru customer was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service received when there was a problem with their order, resulting in a free lunch offer. Overall, McDonald's staff worked hard to address concerns and provide great service. The restaurant was generally clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Orders were served promptly, and the food was fresh and tasty. However, one visit was spoiled by a continuous beeping noise from an indicator advising something needed to be done to the fries, which kept going off for about five minutes. The noise was very annoying and affected the overall experience. The restaurant also has a huge parking facility, making it easy to visit. Some staff are very good at making coffee, with one worker in particular preparing drinks so well that they rival a true coffee barista. Despite the minor issues, the overall experience remains positive, though there is room for improvement in hygiene practices and noise levels.
