McDonald's in Mississauga

“I went to this store on February 9th around 8:30am for a coffee and a muffin, at the time of taking my change I left my envelope with some money ( around $400), and I forgot, next week on February 16 at the same time I did go there and ask for if any body found that, they said that found it and handed over to me after verifying the amount , I was really surprised because of honesty, service , I specifically wanna pay gratitude to the front desk lady, Maldi and manpreet, other girl at front.their services are also amazing“

“Well for me this was a treat .
First time ever in Mississauga and visiting this location.
Restaurant was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby and washrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen.
I did visit in the morning and late afternoon and the staff and manager greeted everyone.
It really shows how the attitude in the back reflects on the front counter.
I made a point to let the team know just how impressed I was with everything.
We often discredit fast food or large restaurants for being to corporate.
However with the right people you can create a local flavor and style that just works.“

“This is by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve visited in the GTA. The dining area is exceptionally well-maintained, spotless.

The restaurant also has a drive-thru, and the building itself has a modern, stylish design that stands out from a typical McDonald’s location.

The food was served fresh—the fries were hot and crispy, exactly how they should be. Highly recommended.“

“Took my 3 kids on a holiday Friday to have a meal and play inside the play place. I specifically drive out to this location because the kids have fun. The location is quite clean, renovated and the staff is polite. Zero complaints from me. 👌 👍“

Today I went through the drive-thru with my friends to redeem some Monopoly coupons I received from Mayfield McDonald’s. Unfortunately, one of my friends who was with me works at this location. At the first window, everything seemed fine, but when we got to the second window, the woman who gave the code by herself rushed to the second window and she literally yelled at my friend in front of me and said we couldn’t redeem the coupon because my friend is working over this location. She could have mentioned before giving the food.

I explained that the coupons were mine, not hers, but the woman’s rude behaviour was incredibly annoying and embarrassing. She even called my friend a “bastard,” which is completely unacceptable.

I understand McDonald’s has policies regarding coupon redemption, and that’s fine but it’s the staff’s responsibility to explain those policies politely. Instead, the woman showed no basic manners, refused to apologise, and even shut the window in our faces.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I won't appreciate this behaviour and I hope this experience never happens to other customers.“

“This McDonald's is very clean place, specious and bright among best McDonald's that we visited in Toronto's area.
The employees are very pleasant and fast.
Very good coffee and we love coming and drinking coffee and feeling relaxed in this place.

“I would like to make an honorary mention of the Manager at this location Meggie, who went up & beyond her duty to ensure I got my purse back that I accidentally had left there. She saw that I had not returned for it & found my address & drove by to let me know she had it safely put away for me there. I was so relieved & thought what a great person she was in saving me the panic & stress in finding my purse!! When I picked it up it was as I left it I am so grateful to Meggie & her team there they are amazing & caring people!!“

“I’m a regular here and recently I’ve noticed a new guy named Andre, he is absolutely amazing. He’s so kind and is always smiling, always willing to help. Constantly keeping the cafe clean, changing all the garbage’s, he’s truly amazing. Great job Andre :)“

“Was at the McDonald’s store 1500 Dundas St East this morning and Kudos to the Store Manager Marc, and all the staffs working at the store. They are all amazing and welcoming. They provide excellent customer service, quick but very good food. Highly recommend this location!!!-Darin“

“It's rare to find a good enough McDonald's in Mississauga where the fries aren't cold. This location does the fries and nuggets well. Tasty and fresh. Still not the same experience as 20 years ago for the food but I'll come back here specifically if I'm craving McDonald's“

“Great service at the front counter! I came in last week and The young man in the front Bilal was super friendly, patient, and professional. He took my order carefully, made sure everything was correct, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. It honestly made the visit much better than usual. Big shoutout to him for the great customer service definitely deserves recognition.“

“Since moving to a new location for work. I often stop at this location for my 5$ breakfast. The coffee and food is always fresh, and tastes the best.
Probably the best tasting McDonald's coffee around Erin Mills/ Lakeshore area.
But I have to make a shout out to the cashier taking orders and the people at the second window. They are so friendly, personable and always have a smile on their face. It really makes a difference in my day. Thank you! 😊“

“I've rarely experienced good service at McDonald's. I went inside to order a coffee because the drive-thru was busy. At first, no one was at the counter, and I wasn't sure how long I would need to wait.
The shift manager, Sachintha, was helping pack orders but came to mine as soon as he noticed me. I appreciated that. Unfortunately, most of thebtime, the staff don't seem to care. 👍“

“We are regulars at this location because we live in the area, but also because the staff are a great group of people. Yes, sometimes they may miss an item within an order, which happens at every restaurant every now, but if you bring it to their attention immediately, they will make up for the inadvertent oversight. The staff is extremely approachable, friendly and accommodating. They will greet you with big smile and kindness, if you do the same. This wonderful team is a good reflection of their super positive manager, Shanice, who works extremely hard to make her colleagues and clients happy to be at this very hectic and popular location. “[Only putting 5 stars so people can see] The food is exactly what you expect from a McDonald's. Its fine. During the drive through I asked for 3 plum sauces. I payed, expecting to recieve my 3 plum sauces in the Mc bag. I came home, and there was a total of ZERO PLUM SAUCES. very sad, its the only thing that saves those soggy, frozen, fries. Very disappointed.. I really wanted the plum sauce.“

“We were in drive through and we ordered a big Mac a long with a free fries from the McDonald's app. the app wasn't working the code was not going through my mom was upset because of this and we spent awhile trying to get the code to work. the employee in first window was waiting really patiently and never rushed us and after the code not working and us going to paying. the employee took out her own phone and asked if we wanted her free fries code from her own mcds app. I thought this was really nice she did not have to do that for us. We saw her name was moria i think..she was brownskin and looked and sounded young.not only was great service but still just a kind thing to do when you see a customer irritated“

“The manager (Eilat) had amazing customer service. There was an issue with our order and he quickly fixed it without making a hassle and apologised and was very kind overall! Very pleased. Tasneem is also a wonderful employee, constantly checking up on us, making sure everything was OK. Great location!“

“Frequently become busy environment during lunch time, particularly by the secondary school students. Order may take a bit longer, especially a customized ones. If possible use the app or the kiosk. Cleanliness could be improved, the tables & floor are not cleaned regularly. Especially the male bathroom.“

“I didn’t catch her name, but my Walmart paper bag ripped open and things fell onto the floor and she gave a McDonald’s paper bag which was much more sturdy. “I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Arsh! She was working the window when she took my order, and she was incredibly nice, respectful, and professional. Her customer service truly stood out she was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience pleasant. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work, and hopefully even a raise! McDonald’s is lucky to have her on the team.“
