It's McDonald's. The coffee is preferred over TH. Service is better and not as crowded, quieter.
Poor customer service, no upkeep of the restaurant. Everything everywhere is dirty. Most items on the menu were not available, and it took more than 20 minutes to receive your food and beverage items. Staff visibly tired, depressed, and some do not speak English.
