We were in drive through and we ordered a big Mac a long with a free fries from the McDonald's app. the app wasn't working the code was not going through my mom was upset because of this and we spent awhile trying to get the code to work. the employee in first window was waiting really patiently and never rushed us and after the code not working and us going to paying. the employee took out her own phone and asked if we wanted her free fries code from her own mcds app. I thought...read full review
This McDonald’s stop taking orders after 3:00AM.I’m pretty sure no other McDonald’s does that at 3. I’m not sure if the employees have come up with this on their own or it is McDonald’s policy, because the other McDonald’s that is 2kms away from this location never disappoints. But this McDonald’s has its own timing for serving and would tell you they can’t offer you any food.

Poor customer service, no upkeep of the restaurant. Everything everywhere is dirty. Most items on the menu were not available, and it took more than 20 minutes to receive your food and beverage items. Staff visibly tired, depressed, and some do not speak English.
